This was our second year with VIPSki in Val D, and it was another wonderful week. We had so much snow arrive even though it was late in the season. Our chalet staff were so warm and welcoming and cooked excellent food. It was such a good vibe in the chalet! It was lovely to enjoy the sauna, steam and heated pool. We were lucky enough to have a stunning room with views over the mountain too! Felt so sad leaving and would have loved to stay longer!

Lovely chalet, very comfortable, quiet rooms, the staff really make the experience in terms of great food, service in the chalet and lifts on request. If I could make one small change, would have preferred a slightly earlier than 8pm dinner, although it was always very promptly served on time. Canapes before were very welcome to keep the hunger pangs at bay!

The Holiday was great, it is the second time we have been with VIP ski to this apartment, Charlie was lovely and a good host, the food was great, the only issue we had was that we felt that the apartment was not kept very clean during our stay, which is a real shame.

A huge thanks to Henry and Amelia who once again made our Avoriaz holiday so perfect. Our chalet hosts Lottie and Max were exceptional and not only created amazing food but were attentive and helpful throughout our stay. We will certainly visit again.

Our first time in Avoriaz with VIP having been to Val d’Isere previously with mixed experiences. This chalet with Holly as our main host but with the very capable and friendly Max when Holly was away. Both Holly and Max were very welcoming, friendly and great with our children. Both were very competent cooks, Holly made some carrot cakes (not on the menu) the kids requested and Max attempted Hollandaise sauce. They both made for a great experience and nothing was too much trouble. The chalet was one of the best we have stayed at especially with the small pool and sauna/steam room that we used every day. Great views and we could ski down into the village until the snow on the road disappeared, which was great. Beds were comfortable and the rooms cleaned every day. I don’t think we can fault the chalet hosts or the chalet at all. The other VIP ski staff were equally friendly and helpful. The wines were OK, but really not the greatest as usual - definitely drink better at home and having paid so much for the VIP chalet we didn’t want to go for the over-priced premium wines. We did buy some from the supermarket though. It would have been good not to have had to pay for the drinks for the children especially when considering we paid adult price for our 14-year old, who was not drinking the wine. They had a reasonable squash though. Perhaps VIP ski should look at this. Tasty, freshly-squeezed orange juice (available in the supermarket) would have been better than the “from concentrate” on offer for breakfast too.

Felt very fortunate to experience the Chalet Luk . It was everything one wanted and more . Very comfortable and our chalet host Preston was excellent. The food was exceptional . Tom helped out on his day off and was also equally as good. Experience was 5* We were also fortunate to have really great conditions. Transfers and all concierge staff were so good too . Would recommend VIP from beginning to end. A special place to stay.

From arrival to departure and everything in between has been fabulous. All the team have made us feel very welcome and nothing has been too much trouble. Our chalet host Tristan was fabulous and made appropriate meals to suit our dietary requirements. The chalet was fab had everything and more to make our stay very comfortable after a day on the slopes. Katie, Georgia and Izzy was also great when they covered for Tristan. Don’t know everyone’s names but everyone team member we spoke too were super helpful. We’ve absolutely loved our stay and we’re blessed with lots of snow. Thank you Jo & Richard

Just Wow. Thank you so much. Charlotte was the very best host for us, so welcoming and engaging. The chalet was lovely, the food plentiful. The weather was varied but also really generous, we had some great skiing. Nothing was too much trouble for the VIP crew and although the hotel was shut down we still had the quiz in the bar and fun. The chalet experience was really great and the location of this accommodation is just brilliant.

We had an amazing week with VIP Ski, after staying with them many years on the bounce their service never disappoints! All the hosts were amazing, the food was fabulous and all the little extras go a long way!
