Early booking flexi-deposit

Dreaming of your next ski holiday? We understand that whilst many of you are eager to secure your chosen date, resort and chalet for next winter it is difficult to make this financial commitment in the current circumstances.

We very much hope that our new initiatives will allow you to secure your dream holiday without having to worry about losing any money if events outside of your control mean you can’t enjoy it after all.

We are introducing our early booking FLEXI-DEPOSIT for any 2020/21 winter ski holiday booked in June. Under this scheme you may pay a flat £50 deposit per person to secure your chosen holiday.

On the 1st of September 2020 if you wish to confirm this booking then you will be required to pay the difference such that you meet our standard deposit terms of 20% of your holiday price at which point our standard holiday terms and conditions will apply. However, if your circumstances have changed, and you do not wish to formalise your booking you will receive a full refund of the £50 per person without question and within 7 days.

Furthermore, to allow even greater flexibility for the 2020/21 season we will not charge for name changes throughout the season, meaning that if you or anyone else in your party cannot travel for whatever reason then someone else can make use of your booking as long as you inform us at least 3 days before travel. The only exception to this would be ticketing charges imposed on us by third party airlines where we have been required to buy your seat outside of our standard charter allocations.
