February is one of the most popular times of the year for a ski holiday, with much of Europe having a half-term school holiday. For that reason, ski resorts will be busier and holidays prices are often higher. On the positive side, whether you're travelling as a couple, group or family, the atmosphere is fantastic with a friendly vibe and plenty to keep everyone entertained both on and off the slopes.
Below are just a few of our latest offers for a February ski holiday. If you don't find what you're looking for, then please do call the team on 0203 892 4060 to discuss your requirements.

1. Optimal Snow Conditions: By February, the snow has typically accumulated to its maximum depth, providing excellent skiing conditions. A solid base from earlier snowfall combined with regular fresh snowfall keeps the slopes in great shape.
2. Stable Weather: While January can be colder and March may see the start of spring thaws, February tends to offer a balance of cold temperatures with good weather. This makes for more comfortable skiing without the extreme cold of earlier in the winter.
3. Longer Days: The days in February are longer compared to December and January, giving us more daylight to enjoy on the slopes. Many ski lifts stay open for an extra half an hour at the end of the day from now until the end of the season.
4. Half-Term Holidays: Many European countries, including France, have school holidays in February. This can mean a fun and lively atmosphere in ski resorts, with plenty of activities and après-ski events such as torchlit descents, ski shows and fireworks.
Though it can be busier due to school holiday crowds, February strikes a great balance between great snow conditions, milder weather and longer days.
Head here if you're looking for a ski holiday during February half term. Or, if you want to book a February ski holiday but prefer to avoid the busier family dates, the first week in February is usually the quietest in the month. If your dates are flexible and you’re looking for quiet pistes, we would recommend January skiing.
On school holiday dates, we accept children in all shared chalets. We would recommend Val d'Isere and Morzine for family holidays, as they have excellent local ski schools and plenty of activities beyond skiing to keep everyone entertained.
February ski offers are subject to availability, cannot be combined and apply to new bookings only. Terms and conditions apply.
