Meet the VIP SKI team

There are lots of people behind the scenes to make your luxury ski holiday as perfect as possible. With more than 100 ski seasons under our belts and years of combined experience in the ski industry, our staff is what sets us apart from our competitors and why you trust us with your catered ski holiday. We pride ourselves in having the best team for the job.

In an industry like ours the staff in the office are only half of the story. Each year we employ over 200 seasonal members of staff, trained to an exacting standard to deliver unforgettable holidays. Follow the link to find out more about working for VIP SKI...

We started off in Andy’s living room in 1989 (well, his parents', to be honest), Andy is leader, motivator, and the constant driving force behind VIP SKI. He has a creative side – much of our programme including Summit View in La Plagne, Aspen House in Val d’Isère and our portfolio of Avoriaz chalets started off inside his head, he then leads the team to turn them into reality.
