Securing your booking

To secure your VIP SKI holiday, follow these simple steps:

  • We can hold an option on your chosen accommodation, subject to availability.
  • To confirm your booking, a 25% deposit is required.
  • The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before travel (reminders are not typically issued).

What’s included in the price

Our Classic Chalet Service offers everything you need for a relaxing, luxurious stay, from comfortable accommodation and scheduled transfers to delicious meals and attentive chalet hosts. Whether you choose our Classic, CLUB, or Hotel Service, you’ll enjoy top-notch amenities and exceptional hospitality. Below, you'll find a breakdown of what’s included in each service, along with optional extras to enhance your experience.

Our classic chalet service includes:

  • Accommodation as described.
  • Scheduled coach transfers to and from your resort.
  • Chalet host service (1 host for up to 10 guests; 2 hosts for larger chalets).
  • Towels (with mid-week change), bed linen, and bathrobes (on request).
  • Complimentary toiletries.
  • Breakfast: cooked/continental (6 days) and self-serve on the host’s day off.
  • Afternoon tea with homemade cakes (self-serve daily).
  • Three-course dinner with wine, cheese, and coffee (6 evenings).
  • Canapés on the first and last evenings.
  • Daily chalet cleaning (6 days).
CLUB chalet enhancements:
  • Chef service with an enhanced menu (choice of starters, mains, and desserts).
  • Daily cleaning and serviced breakfast (7 days).
  • Canapés on 6 evenings and complimentary beer, wine, and cordials.
Hotel service includes:
  • Restaurant menu with choice of 3 starters, 3 mains, and 2 desserts.
  • Evening meal every night (7 evenings).
  • Waitress service and daily room cleaning (7 days).
What’s not included (Optional Extras)
Make your holiday effortless by letting us handle all the details for you. While our packages cover accommodation and dining, we offer optional extras to ensure a seamless experience, including lift passes, ski equipment hire, lessons, childcare, and private transfers,. These can all be easily pre-booked for your convenience.

Your payment protection

While we don’t offer bonding under package holiday regulations, your payments are secure if made via credit card. Under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act, your credit card provider shares responsibility in the unlikely event of a breach of contract.

Holiday insurance

Ski Safe: Your safety is our top priority, and for your peace of mind, it is a condition of booking a VIP SKI holiday that you have comprehensive travel insurance in place. This ensures you're fully covered for any unexpected situations, whether on the slopes or off.

We highly recommend that your insurance includes coverage for skiing, ski equipment, medical expenses, and trip cancellations.
