Subject to availability we may hold an option on your chosen accommodation. To secure your booking we require a deposit of 25% of the total booking value.

The holiday balance is due 8 weeks before you travel. Please note that we do not normally issue reminders.

Scheduled coach transfers to and from your resort
Services of one chalet host up to 10 guests and two hosts over 10 guests
Towels (with mid-week change) and bed linen.
Bathrobes (on request in resort)

Daily cooked and/or continental breakfast (6 days) and self serve breakfast on the host day off

No bonding ? Is my money safe ?

We don’t sell flights, or package holidays, or “linked arrangements”, as described in the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, as amended, (PTR) and therefore, unlike tour operators, we are not required to provide bond or trust arrangements.

Therefore, if you are concerned for any reason, and in order to protect your funds, we recommend that you pay us by credit card. Under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974, the credit card company is jointly and severally liable for any breach of contract or misrepresentation by us.
