Alongside our choice of house wines, we have a further selection on our wine list that are available to purchase. If you'd like to sample some of our wines, we can take pre-orders up to two weeks before you travel and your selected wines will be delivered to your chalet.
Our wines are selected by Xavier Rousset MS. Owner of Marylebone’s Blandford Comptoir and Comptoir Café and Wine and co-founder of Cabotte in Gresham Street, Rousset has a successful track record as a restauranteur having successfully opened and run both Texture and the 28-50 Wine Workshop group. He also consults for restaurants both in the UK and abroad who rely on his depth of knowledge of running a successful operation.
Gavi la Batistina 2021 - €19
REGION: Piedmonte, North Western Italy
GRAPE: Cortese
Really top-quality Gavi, made from the Cortese (or Gavi) grape in Piedmont in NW Italy. Complex and enchanting on the nose with notes of white peach, pear and acacia blossom, it has a lovely round feel in the mouth, with flavours of apple and lime whilst gently nutty.
Saint Jaques Albas Blanc Organic 2021 - €23

GRAPE: Chardonnay
An unusual but exciting blend of Roussanne and Marsanne. Intense and complex aromas from floral notes to tropical fruit and spice. With Saint Jaques Albas’ signature length on the finish, this is a complex and seductive wine.

REGION: Burgundy, France
GRAPE: Chardonnay
Here is a beautifully rounded oaked Chardonnay from premier cru vineyards. A subtle nose – as far away as you could possibly get from Aussie or Californian oaked Chardonnays. Toasty notes, allied to the gentle creamy butteriness that is so typical of Chardonnay. The wine is hitting its peak right now, having benefitted from a few years of bottle age.
Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons 2022, Louis Moreau - €28

GRAPE: Chardonnay
The wine is bone dry with a crisp, refreshing minerality and is packed with lots of flavours of acacia and rose petals. Secondary characteristics of vanilla complete this well rounded wine, keeping a slight acidity to stay fresh.
Sancerre Fouassier 2019 - €28
REGION : Loire Valley, France
GRAPE : Sauvignon Blanc
Domaine Fouassier is a bio-dynamically-run estate in the classic Loire Valley appellation of Sancerre. Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, this wine has all the hallmark freshness and citrus fruit that you would expect from the area. But it has a riper richness, too – a fuller mouth feel than many wines of the region, with notes of tropical fruit such as pineapple and passion fruit.
Yves Cuilleron St-Peray Les Potiers 2022 €30 REGION: Rhone Valley, France
GRAPE: Marsay, Rousanne
A frank and pleasant wine from the southernmost appellation of the Northern Rhône. This wine has a rich and smooth texture, full bodied but with a clean, saline finish. It has a nose of fresh fruits, mirabelle plum and peach, citrus fruits, candied lemons and gunflint.

Chateau La Croix de Roche is owned by Isabelle and Francois Maurin, along with their son Raphael and produce high quality organic wines. The domain is set over 20 hectares of South Eastern facing vineyards on the right bank of Bordeaux. Concentrated flavours of leather, spice and savoury tones.

REGION: Rioja, North Eastern Spain
GRAPE: Tempranillo
This is a treat – a properly matured Rioja that is softly fruit on the nose with notes of steeped blackberries, damsons, as well as earthier, spicy, smoky aromas. Without being heady and overpowering, the palate is well-balanced and mid-weight at most, with elegant fruits of the forest flavours and undertones of spice, vanilla, oak and smoke.

On the nose it has mentholated notes with a feeling of freshness and leather and mocha perfume. On the palate there are red and black fruit aromas and subtle tannins. This is a greedy and persistent wine.
Michelas Saint Jemms Signature Crozes Hermitage 2022 - €26&

GRAPE: Syrah (aka Shiraz)
Made from 100% Syrah grapes in the northern Rhone Valley. This unoaked wine succeeds in marrying the traditional peppery spiciness of the Syrah grape with softer, rounder, dark berry fruit flavours.
Domaine Ghislain Kohut Marsannay, ‘les Champs Perdrix’ 2018 - €29
REGION: Marsannay, Burgundy, France
GRAPE: Pinot Noir
From the up-and-coming Marsannay appellation, this elegant wine offers classic Pinot Noir characteristics, along with a concentration that is often lacking from this end of Burgundy. Notes of forest fruits and smokiness on the nose and palate. With a few years under its belt now, it’s really starting to hit its stride.
Chateau Bernateau Saint Emilion Grand Cru 2015 - €34

Grape: Merlot, Cabernnet Franc
Chateau Bernateau has been handed down from generation to generation of the Lavau family for over two centuries. This smooth drinking 2015 vintage from their estate has a deep dark purple hue with delicate notes of black fruits tobacco and black pepper. On the palate there is a nice freshness, with a lingering finish and great minerality.
Domaine Jean Guiton, Savigny Les Beaune 1er Cru 2020 - €35
REGION: Burgundy, France
GRAPE: Pinot Noir
Guillaume Guiton, after studies in Beaune and an apprenticeship in Burgundy and Australia, is now in charge of the domaine founded 35 years ago by his father, Jean. Since he took over in 2005, he has earned rave reviews from Jancis Robinson and La Revue du Vin de France. The Savigny has a lovely ruby colour, with a bright nose of red cherries. A palate of lovely pure fruit, real definition and a streak of freshness.
Chateau Mont-Redon, Chateauneuf-du-Pape 2019 - €40
REGION: Rhone, France
GRAPES: Grenache, Syrah, Mouvedre
A Southern French classic from this hugely respected, family-owned estate (sold in the UK by the Wine Society). Look for lots of husky spicy notes and warm ripe fruits – a great gulp of southern sunshine in a bottle. With a few years under its belt now, the tannins have softened beautifully, and the finish is long.
Produttori di Barbaresco – Barbaresco 2016 - €40
REGION: Piedmonte, North Western Italy
GRAPE: Nebbiolo
Barbaresco is a village southeast of Turin, whose wines must be made with the Nebbiolo grape. This wine is produced by the local cooperative, but forget any notions of mass-produced plonk, these guys are artisans of the highest order. Flavours of spices, pepper and black cherries are present on the nose and palate. Powerful, firm yet elegant.

Sunny Provence in a bottle. This truly iconic rosé has intense aromas of orange zest and cranberry. It is well balanced with fresh acidity.

A sparkling wine free from alcohol. From the Italian province of Treviso located in Veneto, commonly known as the Prosecco region. Made with traditional methods and 100% Glera, exclusively from DOC and DOCG vineyards. Matured for up to 12 months and then gently liberated from alcohol to preserve the wines natural character.

The world’s first low intervention wine, liberated from alcohol. A supple blend of Merlot and Pinot Noir from Breganze, a town in the Veneto region of Italy. Fermented spontaneously, hand harvested, 100% organic and micro vinified in barriques and tonneaux. Juicy, fruity and easy-drinking, this serves as a lovely hangover-free alternative.
