Brilliant- really enhanced by the attitude and entertainment by all three of our hosts milly laura and Ella, (flexible, positive and accommodating) and then pleased with all the drivers too- very helpful. Great food too- am hoping to use you guys again price permitting!

Andie and Euan have given us a fabulous but too short a week. Their food and company have been outstanding. They are always cheerful and have been uncomplaining in accommodating all our eccentricities. Highlights have been the breakfasts, birthday cakes and quiz night. Thank you both

We had a brilliant holiday. Nothing was too much for our hosts. Both were very friendly and accommodating, and were a pleasure to hang out with in the chalet. The VIP team try to make everything easy for you during your stay. The chalets are well appointed, spacious and comfortable.

We had a fabulous family holiday with VIP Ski at Chalet Chablis, our hosts, Andie, Chloe & Euan could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable with excellent food & great company!

As a returning VIP guest we had high expectations but even these expectations were hugely exceeded . Chloe,Andie and Euan were fabulous hosts , the food was consistently top class and the interaction from all three chalet hosts with guests made our holiday special. We are returning in March for another VIP holiday and the bar is now set very high,probably unbeatable but we will see. Thank you VIP , Val D'Isere ,Chloe, Andie and Euan we had the best Christmas and ski holiday.

We have had yet another fantastic week skiing with VIP and yet again the experience from everyone who looked after us from start to finish was amazing. Our chalet hosts Euan and Andie were nothing short of outstanding and this made our family holiday so much more pleasurable. They could not have been more attentive and friendly and they are quite simply a credit to your brand. We would never travel to the snow with any other company and we are already planning a return visit next year. Thank you everyone at VIP and especially Euan and Andie.

We had such a super week with Andie and Euan. The cooking was exceptional, the hosting superb and all the little kindnesses were really appreciated. The soft toy exploits, the birthday bagpipes, the quiz. Thank you!

From start to finish we've had an awesome time at chalet Chablis. Euan, Andie and Izzy have absolutely made our trip, from their friendly welcome on day one all the way through to bagpipe serenades for birthdays! The food has been delicious and plentiful, the chalet is really comfortable and the atmosphere has been so friendly and relaxed. Euan and Andie have done a brilliant line in entertainment, jokes and fun notes to come home to. I would choose VIP Ski again just for them. Thanks to them, the mountains and the snow for an awesome holiday!

Amazing experience. Andy, Ewan and Izzy were fantastic hosts. I really appreciate all the effort they went to especially on the gluten free food - it all tasted delicious and made it so natural rather than being the odd one out. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend to anyone.

From start to finish our hosts were, simply put, perfect. They welcomed us with open arms, trays of champagne and beautifully cooked canapés. Throughout the week nothing was too much for Andy, Ewan and Izzy. They went above and beyond time and time again and absolutely made our holiday. The chalet was maintained to an impeccable standard. They were always incredibly polite. The food they served was superb. I honestly cannot recommend a stay with Andy, Ewan and Izzy enough, and by that recommendation, VIP Ski as a whole. Will wholeheartedly be recommending the company and suggesting people demand these 3 be their hosts.

From the booking team to the in resort team (concierge service, chalet manager, drivers and the brilliant Charlotte and Rory), the VIP experience has been fantastic. Charlotte and Rory have been a great team in the chalet, often going above and beyond to ensure we had a great week. They were so good with our (fairly young and fickle) children, personable, helpful and genuinely keen to make our holiday as enjoyable as possible. The concierge service is great, helping with restaurant bookings and pick ups/drop offs, the drivers always punctual and pleasant and Milly was particularly helpful when one of our group was injured. We will definitely return.

We had a great stay with Charlotte and Roy, great chalet hosts, fantastic food and amazing with the children. The concierge service was also great to give lifts whenever required. Thanks for an awesome stay.

Excellent holiday Great hosts - Rory and Charlotte who were always smiling, friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. Concierge service and the pick-ups and drop offs was excellent. Not having to walk back to the chalet in ski boots, carrying skies was a real bonus and added to the enjoyment of the holiday. The hot tub and spa were lovely. Milly was a good manager, again always smiling, cheerful and happy to answer questions.

Our experience overall was 5*. Flights and transfer went smoothly and we arrived to a warm welcome from Charlotte and Rory. Chalet Chablis was comfortable and the teenagers loved the pool and jacuzzi after skiing. Charlotte and Rory were amazing hosts, very accommodating. They went out of their way to provide breakfast at a time suitable for us daily, they altered parts of the menu to suit our family and even put a Christmas tree up early on request. They were always attentive and genuine in their desire to make this a great week. We loved the concierge service and all the drivers were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. A few areas of improvement would be: The chalet is far too hot upstairs making it very uncomfortable to sleep without the windows open. The constant change in temperature makes it hard to sleep well. An up to date smart tv would be a necessity in today's world so we could have access to Netflix etc and watch our go pro. This is quite a basic ask these days. The fixed menu is not to everyone's liking and a few evenings we had to request alternatives which Rory and Charlotte did their best to accommodate. It was also slightly annoying to have next door constantly come in to borrow ingredients during our evening or morning when we were trying to have a relaxing communal time. We do want to emphasise that Rory and Charlotte were exceptional hosts and a delight to get to know. They are naturals with people and sincere. Thank you for making our week so enjoyable.

We have had a wonderful holiday in Val D'Isere. We were struck immediately by the attitude of the staff - the service we have received has been impeccable and all with a cheery attitude. The chalet was great ((comfortable and spotlessly clean) and the spa at the end of the day was wonderfully relaxing. The food has been amazing - beautifully presented and appealing to everyone. Our hosts, Harriet and Steve, could not have done more to make our holiday a memorable one. All of the other resort staff have been equally helpful. We will be back!

We had a great time. Our hosts were fab, funny and super hard working. Our children had a grand time and we loved skiing to ski school and the ease of getting everywhere. Really an ideal ski holiday and more than lived up to our expectations. Thank you!

Chablis is a lovely chalet in a great ski-in ski-out location. Hot tub and pool are great additions but the holiday was really made by our wonderful hosts, Harriet and Steve. The food was excellent, the chalet was spotless and they were so friendly and welcoming. The VIP service is very good and we will definitely be returning ! Thank you for a fantastic week !

We've had the best week and that's a quote from everyone in the family. Poppy and Charlotte have been brilliant hosts, friendly, chatty, great with both children and adults. They have also been totally flexible, flexing meals and cakes to create the perfect holiday. My daughters highlights were Poppy's expert technique in putting on their ski boots and Charlotte's brownies (I actually think they'd list all the cakes!) Thanks you for another amazing VIP holiday.

We had a great holiday. Chalet was lovely, staff very friendly, and the chef genuinely very high quality. Despite originally being sceptical about the 'platinum' service I think the quality of the food/wine was worth it. Val is a brilliant resort for families that like to ski a lot.

Just got back from Chalet Chablis in Val d'Isere and we would like to thank our wonderful chalet hosts, Andy and Ellie. They really did everything possible to make our trip as relaxing as it could be; the food was amazing, they were always smiling and happy to recommend or discuss various pistes and bars / restaurants (on or off pistes) and quick to help organise evenings out or events. The chalet itself was beautiful, and our group had the two top rooms overlooking the mountain, so great views to wake up to. The beds were very comfortable and firm, and lots of storage space with on-suite bath and shower. The rooms were also well insulated to you couldn't hear anyone partying late downstairs or passing by in the early hours. The lounge area downstairs was well furnished and there was a log burning stove which was easy to use, as well as a hot tub outside on the terrace. The ski room with boot heater was right next to the front door, and right next door (so you can walk to it in your robe and slippers) was the spa, which had a steam room and sauna and a large pool which also looked out over the mountain. The meals were wonderful, and varied with three options of red wine and two for the white each night. There was also beer available on the honesty fridge (€1 euro each) Top tip, the two top rooms have lovely views over the mountains and you can hear very little up there if anyone is partying late. Even with my legs getting tired each day from skiing, it was easy to walk up the two flights to them. The hot tub and spa were really good for relaxing the legs. Also although it is a walk back to the chalet, the VIP SKI drivers will pick you up if you call them and tell them where you are. This could mean a little wait if they were busy, but much more preferable than trying to walk back in your ski boots. Be careful though, the drivers finish at 8pm, so if you want a lift back later than that, its a taxi ride. The only really downside was the wifi, which was a little hit and miss so we tended to upload pictures either in town or up on some of the bars on the slopes where the wifi was better.

Chablis hosts Ellie & Andy are a real asset to VIP. An enthusiastic and surprisingly capable young couple who deliver great food and service with a smile! Early starts, tea in bed, special requests, late finishes - no problem to these guys - Don't forget to tip them accordingly! VIP have a bit of a hidden gem in these chalets and I must admit I have previously been a bit of a brand snob and used higher end competitors Consensio and Scott Dunn in the past. Conclusion: I will be looking at VIP availability before other operators in future, as VIP value for money is outstanding with service and Bellevarde accommodation comparable to Scott Dunn. We went for school half term and enjoyed it so much, I stayed for a second week with my 4 year old son, while my wife took the older kids home for school! Thank you Sarah from the VIP nanny service who was amazing and allowed me to ski with Geronimo until he got tired (3pm) then met us at the top of the Olympic gondola to take him safely back to the chalet and look after him with activities and games, so I could enjoy the last 2 hours hard skiing. Only negative is the (amazing) pool is just toooo cold to enjoy. Maybe that is deliberate to encourage guest turn over and not have 30 people in it at once, as it is shared by 4 chalets? It is the temperature of a competition pool - but that will not keep us away in future! Outdoor hot-tub was the cherry on top! Hopefully see you again later in the season!

All the VIP staff from the drivers, lodge staff and especially our chalet hosts, Ellie and Andy, are so welcoming and obliging the holiday overall was very relaxing. Andy and Ellie go out of their to make sure the adults and kids food likes and dislikes are catered for. The hot tub was a big hit in the evenings and the swimming pool and wellness centre is great (although the pool a bit cold). My best bit was the wake up drinks- thanks Ellie!! Thanks all for a great holiday!!

What an amazing experience this has been. The hosts went beyond to make everything comfortable. The food preparation and timing of meals was perfectly suited to families and delicious! Actually felt for the first time a relaxed ski holiday due to being looked after. They respected family dynamics and we felt totally comfortable being ourselves. These two hosts are a true asset to your company, wish we could pack them up and take them home! Our family have the most beautiful memories we will keep close forever.

We had a fantastic week from start to finish. The warm welcome that greeted us from Annie and John was just the start of what we enjoyed every day. The food was simply epic every day and satisfied all ages from 8 to 48. The chalet was clean tidy and spacious enough for the 10 of us to all spread out. The hot tub and the view from it will life long in the memory. A great holiday was had by all and Annie and John were fantastic hosts. Couldn't ask for better. Thank you

Holiday was great from the moment I arrived the hosts and Gareth were great. They were really accommodating and put in loads of effort. Sophie and Andy were great chefs, always kept the place nice and tidy and even enjoyed themselves and joined in partying with us. Chalet Chablis was amazing, we loved the hot tub, the fact you could Ski-In-Ski-Out, the bedrooms were accommodating and the location was amazing. Plus we got a lovely powder dump on the Wednesday which made for EPIC skiing! On the last day the lovely Andy & Sophie also made us breakfast for the road at 4am! What legends. My only concern with coming back is that we might not get as awesome hosts again! But I'm willing to chance it. Thanks for an awesome stay.

We've just returned from a week at Chalet Chablis in Val D'Isere and it was the best week ever. Take me back?! The best part about our stay was most definitely our amazing hosts Andy & Sophie. They were fun, organised and ensured everything was always sorted for us! The food was incredible (I may have stolen some of their recipes) and everything was always done with a smile. They became our friends and think due to them we had the best experience. VIP SKI ensured the trip was smooth, the chalet and the transfers were all organised into the small details which made the week even more enjoyable. Thanks for a great week Sophie and Andy. Had an amazing stay in Bellevarde, John and Annie were spectacularly good hosts, the food and wine were great (the latter flowed freely) while the hot tub was a great way to end the day. Can't wait to return next year.

11 of us had a brill time with Sophie and Andy in Chalet Chablis. This is our 2nd time with VIP and our hosts looked after us the best we could have hoped for and better than any of us had enjoyed before. The food was of an awesome quality with duck, beef beautifully done. The cakes were a special treat every day - and I'm not even a fan of baking - Andy is a top top baker. And even Dean professed he wished to marry Andy because he was so in love ......... with his Guiness cake. We're all looking forward to the wedding. The only regret we have ............. is that we won't be enjoying the innovative and delicious 3 course meals every day when we get back home !!!!! The chalet was in a great position, and you could ski in and local buses were excellent. The hot tub was great and looked over the mountains as we relaxed and enjoyed the beer and champagne keeping cold in the snow. A brill way to relax our achy legs after our skiing. We were recommended CocoRicco by Andy & Sophie in the afternoons, and if you like good rock / pop songs sung live in a jumping atmosphere then DEFINITELY head here. One of the VIP hosts from another chalet was dressed in a ketchup bottle there ....... you'll have to ask Soph & Andy why - but it was a great bird puller ( for pics). The only complaint is ....... you suffer after too many jaegers there ! All in all we wanted to post this review - which we don't normally do - because we were so well looked after during our week we wanted to sat thanks to 2 great hosts and great cooks. Thanks a million and we're definitely coming back to any chalet ( or restaurant ) Sophie & Andy run.

I would usually joke and say how disappointed I was about by our hosts, but then I got served a slice of Guiness cake as I was writing my review. Perhaps it was by chance they (Andy and Sophie) satisfied my proclivities, but then I reminisce while writing and realise they have catered to mine and the other 10 guests' requirements, requests, and needs: making everyone's holiday unforgettable. Both Andy and Sophie have contributed to one of, if not, the best holiday of my 27 years with their exceptional Catering and hosting skills. Excuse me while I go and throw up at how sincere I have been in my review as it is not in my nature, but they do deserve to be recognised for contributing to an exceptional holiday, and I speak for all 11 when I say that.

Awesome week

Brilliant week, Andy and Sophie were amazing hosts, excellent cooks and coped brilliantly with the "lively" group. The cakes were "bake off" standard. Always willing to help. Morning tea a real bonus. Been with VIP twice now and can't fault it.

After leaving Manchester in a private jet, we were welcomed by the ski vip team who were very helpful and keen to offer refreshments. We passed our luggage to the team and boarded the helicopters where the team rendezvoud at the chalet. This is where the fun started with Sophie and Andy !!! (host and now friends) The kids logged on with the wifi and the adults enjoyed several large glasses of wine ! After a couple of wines, we collected our kit with the help of the vip team and settled for the night with amazing food. The chalet was clean, comfortable and very well presented with all amenities- hot tub, out door wine chiller, boot room and ski in chalet!!! The week was made even better with great weather, great skiing and awesome hosts. This is one of the holidays of the year that the family, friends and I enjoy the most and as such we have already booked for next year! Special mention goes to Sophie and Andy (soon to be engaged) as they made the stay extra special with the friendly smile, great food and awesome "banter"! Well done to ski vip for excellent choice of host and venue! Summary - boom!

Sophie and Andy looked after us superbly. VIP should be proud to have two such friendly and capable members of staff whose hard work and excellent food made for a wonderful, and fun, few days. My fellow guests should also be commended for creating a truly memorable chalet party atmosphere!!

We found our chalet staff a pleasure to be around and food / service was great. There were a few issues with the chalet that did not relate to the staff and we will disclose that another time to ensure this does not have an effect on them as they did their best to help where possible. Thank you.

My son and I chose VIP again on the strength of a fantastic family holiday in Meribel (Chalet Brioche) in 2013. Our hosts Sophie and Andy were brilliant and we had a great time with all the other guests. Looking forward to the next visit in 2017.

I had a thoroughly enjoyably week, chalet very relaxing and food and hosts excellent, a little prejudice as my daughter and boyfriend were the hosts(!) but everyone was of the same opinion. Guests who had previously stayed with VIP Ski asked one of the Managers if they had upped their game and the answer was 'I think it is down to the hosts' - one very proud Mummy. My only concern was the fact that I could not lock my bedroom door, as a lone female I would have felt more secure.

Our stay at Bellevarde was outstanding and exceeded expectations. While the snow was late coming, we enjoyed the activities and skiing at Val D'isere.

Really great. We have stayed in the Bellvarde Lodges for approx 5 years and our hosts have been the best we have experienced to date - great food and very nice guys. We were so well looked after. Very good food and very attentive regarding our plans - huski riding / parascending etc.

We booked the Belvarde Chablis as a group of 12 and had the most amazing stay with everything we wanted provided by our hosts (Andy & Sophie). Our group was two separate families including a toddler, our hosts were very accommodating and even arranged a nanny for us for a day. The food was fantastic everyday and the chalet was always clean, tidy and homely. We couldn't recommend Chablis / Andy & Sophie enough. Awesome! Our only comment for the management would be to improve the wifi offered in the chalet. It was often slow and it wasn't always possible to receive a connection on the top floor and in some of the first floor rooms Other than that we can't wait for our return. Location was perfect. Right next to town and couldn't be more convenient to get to the slopes. VIP couldn't have done more for us. The staff we had in particular as our chalet hosts were some of the nicest people you could meet. Cooked great food, helped with anything they could and were quite simply legends.

Hugo and Anna were great chalet hosts, polite, accommodating and good fun. Food was delicious, well presented and plentiful. We had a great time and will be returning. Brilliant holiday and facilities were top notch. Highly recommended.

Upon arriving at chalet Chablis, we were instantly made to feel incredibly welcome by Sophie and Andrew. For the five days that we spent here they flew by with incredible ease,as we literally had to do nothing,which was a nice change. The food was presented promptly each nice night and was a delight to eat. We were suitably refreshed at every meal. Many thanks for your hard work to make our stay a pleasure and not a chore.

The chalet was well positioned in terms of skiing access, you're able to get to the chalet from both the Bellevarde direction and the solaise, without having to resort to lifts or chalet vans. Ben and Javier were both very good, well informed in terms of the resort and very helpful; especially with impromptu child entertainment! Their food was generally very good, dealt with some troublesome dietary requirements very nicely, and catered for our little one fantasticallly. Some aspects of the chalet could do with sorting; as a varied group we were heading back to bed at different stages and so squeaky doors were a bit of annoyance. A wobbly step, and dodgy door handle; but terribly minor things that really didn't impact on the enjoyment of the holiday. Overall very nice

Staff were great, food fantastic but rooms were really small. Who is Faye?? Would like more information on the bus and a clean reliable bus would be appreciated. Glad to go home for a decent nights sleep as the chalet was particularly noisy. Chairs rather than benches in the dining room would have been better.

First time staying in a chalet and was a little apprehensive upon arrival but within minutes it was clear that our chalet hosts, Ben and Javier, were going to ensure a very enjoyable week. There wasn't anything that they weren't willing to help us arrange and bent over backwards to cook special meals for my wife, who can be a bit picky at times! The food was fantastic, good sized portions, creative menus and reasonably decent wine. Beyond just being extremely helpful and great cooks, Ben and Javier were also great entertainment value. They really acted as a catalyst to help all the chalet guests bond and feel at ease. My only comments for improvement would be to replace some of the twin bed rooms with double beds, most guests seem to be couples. Thanks Ben & Javier for a great week and thanks VIP for delivering on what's promised!

Snow was fantastic. Ski in (and almost ski out) location was fantastic. Boot room and hot tub were fantastic (once it was finally working).... But Ben and Javier were definitely the most fantastic part of the holiday. They are great chefs and looked after me very well, but most importantly made me laugh (until my tummy hurt!) every night. A great addition to the holiday and the group - lots of fun. THANK YOU!

I onlly flew out for 3 days to meet with friends - but it was without a doubt the Best chalet experience I have had. I cannot fault the staff or the accommodation - in fact the great food and the friendly hospitality team made the stay really special. We've all agreed that we will be coming back.

Decided to ski in Europe for the first time in 15 years and we wanted to do it in style, so VIP ski was the obvious choice, we chose the ski in/ski out all inclusive Club Bellevarde. The service received before the holiday was impressive, due to a cancellation, we were able to upgrade our room a few days before the holiday. A call from the London team the day before was also comforting! just double checking on dietary requirements. After a long coach transfer, we finally arrived at the chalet, first impressions were lovely, the staff greeted us warmly, they had laid out afternoon team, bread, jam and a delicious cake. Every one started chatting and getting to know each other. On receiving our room keys, we found that we had been given our original room (not the upgraded one) and that the other room had been occupied by another guest, this caused massive disappointment to myself and my husband and a little tension between us and the staff. The staff were actually amazing and very apologetic, also received emails from the London team. It was all very embarrassing, and to stop ruining the holiday for everyone else in the chalet by making a huge fuss, we decided to stay where we were and get on with it. It was very difficult at times to keep quiet. Apart from this, the chalet was amazing, Lorna and Finn, our chefs, delighted us every evening with their culinary skills, the food was to a standard that you would see in top restaurants in London, extremely impressed even my scrambled eggs in the morning were the best I had ever tasted. Sophie, our resort manager made sure that everything ran smoothly and that we were well looked after. As per other reviews, there were a couple of down points to the chalet, the bedrooms were very very hot, and to keep cool, you need to keep the window open all night, (my husband actually woke up one morning with snow on him as we had a blizzard in the night), also our room was at the back of the chalet and opposite is the Club Med complex, this caused a few problems trying to get to sleep, due to their disco nights, but to be honest, you got used to it. We were very lucky with the snow conditions too, skiing back to the chalet was very easy. Despite the earlier complications, we had a brilliant ski holiday, met some fantastic people, some who we have kept in touch with and hopefully will meet up again with next year at another VIP ski chalet. On returning to the UK, we received a letter from VIP operations manager, apologising again. I would like to thank VIP publicly for looking after us, and yes , we will return with you again.

Excellent holiday. Ben and Javier made us welcome, conjured up some amazing food and helped us get the most out of Val d'Isere. Well setup chalet with all ensuites, great hot tub and easy access to the pistes. Ski back a bit more limited.

Premium and luxury is an understatement! From the moment entering the chalet the three gents Ben, Sam and Ross are there to look after your every need and desire. Great company, great food and an unforgettable experience.

Stayed in Chalet 1 for a long weekend. Everything was great about the chalet; in a great location made better by Ben and the team who cooked great food and would do anything to help.

Fantastic holiday. Really well looked after by Ben and his team. Food was delicious and the chalet was always immaculate. 10/10 service!

We stayed at chablis with Lisa and dom and I have to say they were fantastic. Fun and welcoming from the start not to mention fantastic cooks (being a very keen cook myself I'm probably quite hard to please in this respect but everything was perfect even down to a lovely pink leg of lamb ...quite hard to achieve!).  The chalet was lovely and cozy and our room had a fantastic view from the balcony and even from the shower window too! Loved the hot tub after a hard day on the slopes. Val d'isere however does seem to be more geared towards skiers than snowboarders... We had ordered a silver package for board hire and the service we got was less than desirable resulting in us having to swop boards several times and in the end going to a hire shop not in our package (the only boarding specific shop in val in fact). We did receive a full refund from the original package however but having poor and ill fitting equipment (because this was " all they had") for the first 4 days did take the shine off. The resort manager faye was great in sorting this out though. VIP just need to change who they hire boards from on their package as hiring from a ski shop who doesn't care about boarders isn't the way to go. If u r thinking of going just sort your own hire out for boards! We did have a lovely week tho and a big thank you to dom and Lisa who really did make it special!

My stay at the Bellvarde lodge was made all the more pleasurable by the company of two young and (excuse the expression) hip! young men, Javier and Benjamin. The rooms were we'll kept and the wine even better so, the red that was offered was sublime, this coming from a bit of a connoisseur , even if he be a self proclaimed one at that! I was greeted by the comforting smell of freshly baked cakes every day, and if I was lucky the pleasure of warm smiles and engaging conversation by the heat of the hearth. If I were to offer a word of warning to any future guests, it would be to remember to pack your trunks! Because not only will you be bathing in outdoor hot tubs but you'll also be drowning in luxury! An excellent stay made all the better by the company of two young gents, the 'Two gentleman of val d'isere' - haha if that be a play then let critics hail!

This was our fifth trip to Val and the fourth with VIP. Yet again we were extremely well looked after and our hosts Ben and Javier produced some delicious food! As always we feel we have enjoyed every moment and the week has gone far too quickly. We look forward to returning next year! Thank you VIP!

The holiday experience exceeded my expectations. Our chalet hosts Lisa and Dominic were exceptional in their roles and certainly helped to make the holiday a fantastic stay.

Chalet hosts were superb. Couldn't have looked after us better. Resort manager visited mid week - perhaps would have been nice to meet earlier in our stay but resolved all the issues that had cropped up. Chalet manager not so on the ball and required more prompts to respond to our requests, mis information re lift passes, misinformation re New Years Eve activities, our request for a ski guide not followed up and the restaurant recommended for our night out was as expected. During a busy week in val d'isere it would have been good to know what was happening when. We ended up finding out most information ourselves. A chalet folder including piste maps, restaurant menus in town and on the piste and diary of events would be most helpful.

Great chalet hosts. Adapted brillantly to our children and made a great holiday. We will repeat if we can Thanks very much

The quality of duvets, breakfast cereal, DVDs, furnishing, WIFI and the chalet itself - all excellent. Definitely a notch up from other companies we have travelled with. As the extreme snowy conditions meant we had periods of lift closure, it was particularly appreciated to have such a comfortable and well appointed chalet. Staff could not be faulted. All helpful and very pleasant and competent.
