Chalet has everything to offer for an amazing family holiday just so comfortable great chalet host nothing was too much trouble

We had an incredible experience staying at Bel Sol, especially with our wonderful host, Ned. From meals to entertainment to organising equipment, everything was well organised and convenient. Ned did an excellent job of making us feel at home and taking care of our family. In addition to being professional he was personable and a joy to have with us. We will miss our time here dearly.

This was our second time in Bel Sol and we love the chalet for its location, layout and decor, But this holiday was made by Ned, our superb chalet host. He is an excellent cook, adept host and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. Charlotte our nanny was also brilliant. The children had a fabulous time with her which means we were able to enjoy our skiing. Thank you VIP for another great week.

Wow, yet another great VIP experience. Cannot fault the week, the chalet is beautiful, food exceptional and Ned was an excellent host.

This is our second time with VIP ski this year. We came in March and were so impressed we came again. Fantastically organised operation with lovely chalets and staff. Struggle to see how we could ever go with another company again.

Another great week with VIP. We have been super lucky with the weather and snow but also the VIP chalet and hospitality was lovely. Bronwen, our chalet host, was all round excellent. Thank-you.

We have had a brilliant week with Bron who is an excellent and experienced host. Her cooking was wonderful and nothing was too much trouble for her, including all the cooking she did for our children. The chalet is homely and in such a great location; 2 mins to the piste and right beside the ice rink. The bedrooms are all a good size, and the living area is delightful with plenty of space. We will definitely be back! The best VIP chalet we have stayed in in Val d'isere.

The family aged 4-67 had a wonderful holiday! The chalet is perfect for all the family - comfort, location for all of us. The icing on the cake was Will ! He cooked wonderful meals, was excellent with the 2 children (and the adults!) the transfer Went very smoothly- we all felt looked after from the beginning even if Will won our bet on the grand national!! Thanks again to Vip on our 4th year!

Feel very lucky because we had amazing weather and great snow! Chalet was lovely - always clean and tidy, delicious food, wonderful nanny and host! All in all a five star experience :)

Fabulous chalet in the best ever location in Val d'Isere - (we are VIP multiple returners and will be back again.) Very special holiday. Highly recommend Edelweiss restaurant, online lift pass, cocktails in Le Blizzard, trips to Tignes, Les Brevieres, especially L'Armailey restaurant, and if you have teens Cocorico and Morris Pub for apres ski. Very lively. And masses of fun. Thank you everyone for making it another special holiday.

A wonderful holiday. Our chalet host was a delightful, respectful and professional girl who made our family of five welcome from Day 1. The chalet was spacious, convenient in an excellent location to the slopes, store and cafes. VIP were attentive and extremely helpful with all aspects of our stay. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a lovely chalet stay. Accommodation was fantastic for our family of three teenage girls, stairs might be an issue for toddlers with bedrooms downstairs but otherwise perfect. Would suit 3 couples really well for a fun stay. The catering was incredible, our chalet host Laura was an amazing cook (restaurant quality) and extremely organised. Loved it. Thank you to Laura, Andy & Ellie.

Really great fun for everyone- we were lucky to have a fab nanny for the little ones, a comfy well appointed chalet for all and a super super chalet host. Tirelessly she prepared really Delicious meals for all. Having such wonderful people looking after us made it a really great holiday - thanks to all at VIP.

Our holiday was great and the chalet and the service made the experience even better. The friendliness of the hosts was great and they became just like friends who were staying there with us. Their local knowledge of the area helped us a lot as well. Overall, the holiday was great fun.The food was amazing and it was all so fresh and yummy.The bedrooms suited our family well and the bunk bed was really cosy.Alice and Jaya our hosts were great.You could see how much time and effort to making this an enjoyable holiday and they certainly made it an enjoyable holiday. It is the little things that make a holiday so enjoyable and the team of Jaya and Alice certainly provided this in a friendly and family manner. To experience the French Alps in this manner was better than what we imagined and certainly confirmed that we will be back again at some stage.

If Val D'Isere is the skier's paradise then Chalet Bel Sol must be it's pearly gates. Stunning accommodation, so close to the slopes you can practically tickle the ski instructors. Our chalet host, Megan, was truly VIP. We have dined like royalty all week, thank goodness we came to ski to help counteract all the delicious courses we've consumed. Thank you VIP Ski for a fantastic holiday, all your chalets should come with a Megan :-)

Our second VIP holiday and it has reconfirmed our view of Val and VIP. excellent snow, skiing, sun and service. Megan is a treasure and an excellent cook and hostess. Our nannies were first rate and really seemed to care about their charges. The children will miss them and the diaries are an excellent souvenir. It was lovely for the children to meet Yasmin again and to meet Tasha. The chalet is very well placed for the lower slopes and the town but quiet in the evenings and at night. Not something that can be said of some accommodation in the resort. The Sunday transfer is an essential part of the Val experience - friends here who left on Saturday missed a flight due to traffic.

The chalet and service were excellent. Having a chalet host was a great way of taking any stress away from the holiday and (big) Joe did a brilliant job. He was always eager to help, very friendly and relaxed, and every meal was delicious. We all really enjoyed his company, he quickly became part of our family group and surely there can't be a chalet host who is a better cook than Joe. Having Polly to look after our nine-month old (little) Joe was also great. She allowed us to completely relax while out skiing safe in the knowledge that he was being well looked after. Everyone with VIP ensured all our wishes were catered for and we would definitely recommend the company in the future.

It was amazing the food was great, Megan our Chalet host was really nice. From Ed aged 12. Megan our chalet host was so nice to us and she was kind to me when I felt ill. I liked how we were really close to the ice rink. From Bella aged 10. Our best chalet host in 6 years with VIP - many thanks Meg and have a great season.

Dear Serena and VIP, Thank you for a really good holiday. Well run transfers and a stunning chalet with great fire and view. Lots of special touches including cakes, canapés, great quality food and wine. Makes doing Le Face on the way home almost bearable! We have been to Val many times - but never in such luxury! We are already seriously considering booking again just the same for next year. Thank you

I just wanted to submit a short comment to say how amazing Polly was with our children. We've never asked for additional help prior to this holiday but we were all wow'd! Polly was a warm, energetic and professional lady who couldn't do enough for us. Thank you for everything.

The best ever - getting location, client care, humour, help, advice and just brilliant food is a rare combination - our chalet host is exceptional - a leader for the future in any organisation - you were brilliant thanks Serena VIP made our holiday - thanks to all the team - we will be back again and again.

We couldn't have been better catered for, in every sense and all our dietary idiosyncracies were completely provided for. Serena was the perfect chalet host: nothing was too much trouble and she was a mine of useful information. She was there when we needed her and produced first class food for every meal. The chalet location was ideal too, with an unimpeded view of Le Face and only a couple of steps, literally, from the lifts.

I have been on a few chalet holidays in the Alps, but NEVER have we received such a warm welcome as we did at Bel Sol. GOING skiing is one of the highlights of my year and I look TO vip ski to continue to offer the best in class service. I'd like to GIVE some feedback on the service that we got this week. YOU simply cannot fault their outstanding service and it always lives UP to what I have come to expect from this company. For Serena and Sam NEVER was anything too much trouble. They were the perfect hosts, always GOING the extra mile. Our children loved their meals and they could not wait TO get home for the cakes and hot chocolates. As for the resort, you can't GET better than Val D'Isere. Yes it's a bit expensive, but to be honest YOU get what you pay for and VIP, Bel Sol and Val D'Isere won't let you DOWN.

Thank you for a fantastic, fun week. Serena and Sam have been great. Amazing meals served every night particularly the plinth of cheese presented each evening. We particularly enjoyed Serena's moist sponge every afternoon and the kids tea was very good. Their enthusiasm for answering the many resort questions which we thrust upon them never wavered. Serena and Sam have been brilliant chalet hosts. Also Polly was amazing with the boys always doing fun activities. They will miss her greatly even though she was able to slash them at Bop it. Thank you all for a wonderful holiday and the inspiration for a Miranda esqu review. All the best x

Having skied for many years the Bel Sol is in a fantastic location. We cannot fault the chalet and Serena our hostess has cooked and served us a fantastic menu throughout the week! Thank you for a great week!! (Cakes were 10/10!)

In all our years skiing, and there have been many, today was the best all of us have ever had! Thanks so much Val d'Iere!! We could not return here without coming back to Le Bel Sol it is a fab place. Serena is the best chalet host. Thank you so much for a great standard yet again VIP Ski see you all again next year! We have been treated today to some delicious sea bream and fab Victoria sponge. Thanks Serena for returning to our kitchen to look after us. Not a good skiing day today but made up for by the wide selection of DVDs available to us from VIP Ski making our duvet day great fun!

Yet again, lovely breakfast - eggs were fantastic. Even Kev's, who wanted then cremated. Dinner was excellent - as always. Have been left with scrummy apple cake for tomorrow - not sure it will last the night. Two television aerials got married. The wedding was rubbish but the reception was brilliant. ( here hee).

Wow what wonderful lemon curd fairy cakes. Mary Berry would have been proud of what Serina produced for us this afternoon! We also had a lovely chicken dish as well as a tasty veggie dish. We are looking forward tomorrow's delights!

Great experience, with a great location. Close to everything that you needed Serena was extremely personable and helpful.. Provided excellent meals, Polly was a very good nanny the children felt very comfortable with her which allowed us to relax and enjoy our holiday.
