Excellent location, nice apartment, great dedicated service with Lottie and Henry.

If you want to be sploilt on your skiing holiday, this is the place with VIP SKI. From the moment we were greeted by our host James, we have had a fantastic holiday. Our apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. Val d'Isère itself is a lovely village and the skiing was great with numerous runs and no queues. There are restaurants all over the mountains with delicious food. James made us feel like VIPs and it was good of George to pop in each day to ensure we were happy with everything. James was an excellent host: good conversation; great cooking; and determined to make sure we were having the best holiday. Breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner were always things to look forward to. We would definitely recommend VIP SKI and Val d'Isère, and if the opportunity arises again, we will be back.

We have had a really lovely week. The apartment is great, lots of space for us and 3 teenage boys. The facilities have been perfect - nice boot warmers in the lockers! Chalet hosts (James and Toby) have been very friendly, good fun and good cooks and have been patient with our family of slightly lazy skiers! James went to extra effort to help make our son's birthday special. We have had a great week weather wise and have enjoyed sun and blue skies.

We had a wonderful family holiday; with excellent service in our apartment from Chloe and James. They made the holiday truly memorable. The location of the apartment in the centre of town was great. Oh, and the skiing was great too!

Second visit to Grand Choucas and a very good all round week. James is an excellent host, very engaged and a good cook. We have been very well looked after. Over the past thirty years, we have been to a lot of chalets with a lot of tour companies. VIP are well up there as one of the best.

Massive thank you to Hannah for being a great chalet host all week. We had amazing food and delicious cakes every day and she was always very accommodating. The brilliant standard of food never ceased to amaze us and our bedrooms and living area were always clean and tidy. Beyond this, she was great company and always knew when to chat! Overall, she was an excellent chalet host and did a fantastic job making our stay very enjoyable.

We had a lovely holiday. VIP have been great from start to finish. We would like to send a special thank you to Hannah and Olli, who have looked after us very well. Hannah has spoilt us with her cooking skills, the food was delicious. She is very accommodating,( especially where the boys bedrooms were concerned!).conscientious and a lovely person, it has been nice getting to know her this week. Val D'Isere is a fab resort with plenty to offer for everyone.

We've had a fabulous family Christmas, particularly because we have been so well looked after by Hannah. She has been a wonderful host, a true professional, and excellent cook - she can cook Christmas dinner for me any day! Thanks. A couple of points about the chalet - which is lovely and very comfortable but would be even better with the addition of : More comfy chairs - only enough for 5, toilet roll holders, better lighting in the bedrooms, somewhere to hang outdoor coats when wet

This is our seventh time at the Grand Choucas and we have had an absolutely fabulous holiday. The food was lovely as cooked by our fabulous chalet host Emily. Nothing was too much trouble and Emily catered for all our needs. We also had the lovely Lucy as a nanny who was great fun and kept everyone entertained all week long. Lauren particularly enjoyed the rockclimbing four times during the week with Lucy.!! In the words of General Douglas MacArthur, I shall return! Henry aged 8

Emily (chalet host) and Charlotte (nanny) have been first class. They have looked after us all brilliantly. Emily is an excellent cook for whom nothing was too much trouble. She was always cheerful, took great pride in her chalet and makes amazing cakes! Our 2 children had a wonderful week with Charlotte. She was so calm yet fun that we felt at total ease to go off and enjoy our skiing. Grand Choucas is a lovely chalet with plenty of space for a family, although would benefit from a guaranteed driver service when you need to get little children to the slopes.

What a fantastic week we had in Grand Choucas chalet - the food was exceptional and the hospitality first class. What made our holiday was the level of service and hosting provided by Emily - cannot recommend highly enough. To top it off the sun was shining and the skiing was superb.

I think we met every member of staff in resort and without fail, everyone was so lovely, helpful, friendly and out to try and make our holiday as lovely as possible. Our chalet hosts, Emily and Tash cooked us amazing breakfasts and meals every night (twice as also did high tea for our 3 children) and were so super thoughtful and flexible. We had 3 small children and a non skier and they still kept the chalet lovely and tidy! Equally Becky, our nanny, was fab with both kids and parents and again, super flexible sometimes looking after our older 2 and sometimes our younger 2. She helped with ski school drop off and pick up and kept the children entertained with arts and crafts and outdoor activities as well. But the highest praise for Andy, the assistant resort manager who recommended I saw a doctor for "peace of mind" after an awkward fall and in fact I had a broken knee! He came to see us everyday, was so lovely and helpful and just made a potentially very stressful accident into "just one of those things". Thank you to you all for making our holiday so special.

Following up on last year's excellent trip we returned to Val'D albeit in Grand Choucas rather than Aspen. This year we got the VIP transfer which I can fully recommend as it arrived over an hour before the coach (and we had a flight delay) - Callum made excellent time and had a hamper of goodies from the hungry kids. Our host was Liv who was fantastic, very flexible on timings and best cook ever according to Jack. Grand Choucas is a better apartment, albeit doesn't have the hot tubs that Aspen does - easily solved with a walk through the snow in swimsuits! A fantastic trip, and we also got lucky with the conditions, See you next year

Our chalet host Liv was fantastic! She couldn't have done more to make our holiday more special. Her food was exceptional, especially her desserts. Breakfast was fabulous, apart from having to share our avocados (not quite enough for all guests!) Thomas the assistant resort manager went out of his way to provide us with some delicious local cheeses, very much appreciated, thank you. And Liv's apple carvings (more turtle than swan!) provided some great evening entertainment. She was brilliant with our children, our son especially enjoyed his morning chats! The chalet was great; spacious, clean, comfortable with pretty good location. Overall a fantastic holiday, thank you!

Another great year. Weather perfect and though no fresh snowfall, skiing great. The guys here are fantastic as always (our chalet host Liv was amazing and our Nanny Ellie was the best) and VIP make everything work brilliantly (one of us was injured and VIP couldn't do more to help - lifts and deckchairs !!). The chalet is lovely but could use a decor refresh and A bit more lighting but aside from that all great. And the girls think the beanbags need more beans. Another fabulous holiday with VIP. This is the 6th time we've been away with VIP this has been the best to date. Lovely chalets (we stayed for one week in Petit Choucas and one week in Grand Choucas). Both were lovely, very comfortable and with plenty of space for our family of four. Rose, our chalet host for both weeks has done a brilliant job looking after us, producing so many delicious breakfasts, afternoon teas and evening meals. She has made every effort to make sure we've had the perfect holiday. Jenny, our VIP nanny, has been an absolute star with our two young boys (aged 2 and 3). Each day she has come up with new fun activities for them and they've had so much fun they weren't bothered in the slightest when we disappeared off snowboarding and skiing. Rose and Jenny, thank you both for making our family holiday so hassle free and so much fun. The boys and us will miss you both. You are both a credit to VIP and we hope you have a fabulous season. Great accommodation in a great resort but most of all with great VIP staff. We'll be back again next year.

Fantastic week in Grand Choucas, wonderfully looked after by our chalet host Liv who has been an absolute star. We're really lucky to have been looked after by such an amazing host. All of our party are leaving with great memories and would love to return. Now to figure out how we can get back here in March!

We had a great time with VIP in chalet Grand Choucas first week of Jan 2017. Liv, our chalet host was absolutely amazing who considered nothing too much trouble for myself, wife and two small children. She was extremely warm, friendly and particularly good at humouring our children, Henry (7) and Lauren (5). She was extremely conscientious in keeping the chalet spotless and was always concerned to cater for any personal food preferences at dinner - which was always delicious. Fran, the VIP nanny, took care of the children during the day, from taking and picking them up from ski school in the morning, cooking them lunch and providing art and craft entertainment and/or afternoon outings. Meanwhile my wife and I were free to ski the vast range of the Espace Killy region and enjoy the mountain restaurants and entertainment without a care or a worry. Great start to the year and we've already booked again for Easter. I thoroughly recommend the Crand Choucas chalet to anyone thinking of skiing in 2017.

We've had a great week with Katie in Grand Choucas. She's been such an impressive host, cook, washer-upper and all-round cheer-leader for our party of her Mum & Dad and Aunts & Uncles for half the week, followed by her brothers for the rest. As her family from London, it's great to see how accomplished she's become and how happy she is here with VIP, who looks after it staff so well. They're all so jolly and helpful, which makes for a fun experience for their guests. Thank you VIP. The skiing was also fantastic!

The chalet was fantastic and VIP provided us with everything we needed for a great trip, but the best part of the week was our host Mali. We found ourselves looking forward to every meal as they were cooked to perfection each time, and he always went the extra mile whether it was giving us skiing tips, planning our routes for the day, or recommending where to go for our down time. He was very professional, but was so easy to be around that at times that we just considered him to be staying with us. He would always do more than we expected of him, such as providing more flavours of cordial than you could imagine for our friend who doesn't drink, or lending one of us a knee brace when he was being a wimp from falling on a green run. All of the other VIP hosts we met were fantastic as well (Jamie was a great for advice on the slopes, and Sally was really friendly), but you honestly couldn't hope for a better host than Mali and we would be lucky to have him again for our next trip.

Mali was extremely polite, informative and welcoming; he was an excellent cook and the perfect host. He went the extra mile to make our week in Val disere enjoyable and memorable.

Only one word for it...."AMAZING"....we couldn't have wished for anything more! VIP were more than accommodating to all our needs and nothing was a problem. Mali was the icing on the cake, every meal was amazing , not to mention his happy helpful disposition. Thank you to everyone for making our week so much fun!

Smooth efficent pick up from the airport. Our chalet host Victoria was discreet, friendly and a great cook enabling us to feel completely at home in what was an amazing chalet. Your employees are always very professional and come across as if they are working for a family firm. This is our second holiday with VIP ( previously St Anton) and we will be booking 2015 with you also. We have been blessed with sunshine, blue skies during the week and a great dumping of snow on our last day. Our daughter wants skiing poles for her 5th birthday!! and we will introduce our son to the slopes next year! A fantastic holiday for all of us! Thanks

We had a great week with Vicky as our chalet host and the food was delicious and she was wonderful with the children too! It was a really relaxing and luxurious week and we all loved the chalet. Our nanny was Yasmin and she was fantastic too, this has been our 4th time skiing with VIP and she has been the best nanny we have had. All in all it has been a glorious week!

Chalet was great, staff were superb. Made a vegan friend feel very special with great quality food. Broader vip team very friendly and helpful. Would strongly recommend.

We have had a wonderful time in Val d'Isere. Yasmin (the nanny) was fantastic and allowed us to enjoy our time on the slopes, completely free of worry. Leo at Oxygene provided great lessons and our 4 year old can now bomb down the nursery slopes in a perfect snow plough. Gorgeous chalet in an ideal location.

Very relaxing holiday. Vicky every night made yummy dinners and made sure we were all comfortable. Breakfast was always ready in the morning. Vicki is a great chef and host. Thanks Vicki!

Spacious and very comfortable chalet in the heart of val disere -far better than it looked from the pictures. Enjoyed a really special week there with the family, only minor (surprising) negative was that we had to open the windows to cool the place down - so don't go there if you are an environmentalist! The nanny service was very professional and made a huge difference to our trip - thanks in particular to Tyla for being super flexible, babysitting, and always shiny happy with the kids

We had the most wonderful family skiing holiday, thank you so much. The apartment Grand Choucas was immaculate and accommodated both our family and parents perfectly. The location was ideal for getting to the slopes quickly and easily, as well as all the other amenities. We ate the most delicious food all week, thanks to Barry the chef - he even did pizza making and cooking with the children. Our children had a ball with their lovely nanny and they were so sad to leave at the end of their week, as were we!! We all agreed it was the best skiing holiday we had experienced and will definitely go back again! Thanks VIP SKI
