We have been coming to Aspen House for some years now and always enjoy our stay. The apartments are very comfortable and well serviced and the location is great. Our host this year, Jay, was first class. Friendly and cheerful, but discrete. Helpful and accommodating but without being intrusive. The food has been really standout this year too, which hasn’t always been the case, so thanks to Jay. I think the concierge service this year was slightly less effective than it has been in the past. The lack of cars is also a loss, especially with small children. Other than that a super and well organised stay all round. Thank you

Charlotte (and Charley) our impeccable chalet hosts provided excellent service throughout our stay with a very warm welcome and scrumptious food for every meal. Our chalet (no 2 Aspen House) was very comfortable, well equipped and within easy reach of the slopes. - our daughter especially loved the big ski photo on the wall and her bunk beds! All in all, another fabulous holiday - thank you so much Charlotte (and Charley & VIP SKI)… we’ll be back again next season!

We had a brilliant week with VIP Ski, who were very warm, attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. Polly's tasty baked treats everyday were definitely 5 star! The only small piece of additional feefback would be a little more variety on the menu for children.

We have had the most amazing time staying in Aspen House from start to finish! We had a really comfortable and easy journey from Geneva, dropped right at the door and aided by the fab Logistics team. The apartment is stylish, spotless and spacious. Aspen House is located right in the heart of Val d’Isère, a stone’s throw from the best bars and shops and it is actually ski in / walk in if you fancy an après ski sesh in Cocoricos! Thank you so much to Katy who has gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. She wowed us every night with her delicious 3-course menu (duck and pork were highlights!), was extremely accommodating to our requests and great company. Special shout-out goes to Lucy, Polly and Beth - the best concierge team, who have been knowledgable, beyond helpful and charming! We’ll be back next year for sure!

We have been very comfortable and have had a really lovely holiday. Our chalet host in no. 2, Selina, has been really kind and helpful. We definitely plan to return.

We had a great holiday. Chalet is well situated, well laid out to a nice specification. Spa facilities are great and we used them a lot. Quality of food was excellent. the host's cooking was very good. menu's were good. the chalet was cleaned well. Staff service was good. they were all extremely polite, pleasant and helpful. Our chalet host was however unorganised and messy. meals were not on time and we had to make ski school. there was a noticeable difference when the replacement staff came in (Clarice), breakfast was laid out on time and served and cleaned up nicely. With the main host, we had to help lay table, the dishwasher always seemed full when we came back from skiing every day. On one day there was a horrible smell in the apartment and we found a rank smelling mop in one cupboard, a box of eggs in another which stank and worst of all, some unrefrigerated and putrid chicken in a cupboard. we placed this outside and reprimanded the host. the fridge management was poor and the fridge was always too full and smelt when you opened it. likely reason for chicken was that there wasn't room in the fridge. this shouldn't have happened given the cost. perhaps the manager should review each chalet daily? Other suggestions: Perhaps the chalet staff could assist with putting on children's ski boots. we have had that elsewhere. other negative were both transfers. given they were booked by VIP, VIP has to take responsbility. the inboiund didnt have 4 snow tyres, and had ineffective snow chains. the car was sliding around and felt unsafe. the journey took 90 mins longer than our freinds on the same flight. the outbound was fine, but the driver was nodding off at the wheel, which was v. stresssful. we had to request him to stop to have a coffee.

What a trip!! Aspen house is so well done with great amenities and above all our supergirl Jess (and friends) Who looked after us immensely with her fine cooking , great chat and infectious smile! The hamman and chill apres ski is perfect, and the work of the drivers and anyone else I’ve missed. We would come again in a flash. See you next year VIP. Have a good rest of season. This was 4 lads in their forties on an annual ski trip. We simply had the best time here in the extremely comfy, cosy Aspen house, hosted by the sublime Jess. What a fantastic lady she is and boy can she cook and yes we are all certainly a few kilos heavier after a week of bread, cheese, etc! We had the best time, and the steam room and Spa were most welcome after a hard day on the pistes.

We’ve had a fantastic holiday here in Val d’Isère. Our chalet host, Jess, has done a marvellous job of looking after us and we feel like we’ve had a real break. We’ve booked again for next year because we had such a nice time.

The chalet was kept tidy and spotless on a daily basis. Our chalet host Conor was fabulous !! Great company, very Informative and 5* food ! He provided everything we needed without ever being in the way. My only criticism is that the other hosts that come and go don’t knock, or slightly open the door and call out to see if anyone is in, they just open the front door and bowl straight in unannounced which is very uncomfortable as one time I was changing in the lounge area so had no clothes on and to be honest that takes away all privacy completely so I really think the staff should be trained to knock or call ‘is it ok to enter’ first !

Wonderfully appointed chalet for town, leisure centre and skiing. Very comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms and living area. Jess was fantastic and looked after us extremely well - wanted to take her home! Would highly recommend.

From the beginning Millie did a great job making the booking process nice and smooth. The private transfer was spot on. Lovely warm welcome from all the staff as soon as we arrived at the chalet which was perfectly located for the town and access to the slopes, very clean and comfortable. Our chalet host Conor was superb. Nothing was too much trouble and was keen to make sure we enjoyed all the best places on and off the mountain. Made our holiday. Pippa also makes some of the best afternoon tea cookies! All the drivers were brilliant. Very grateful for picking us up when we needed them. Thanks for making sure things behind the scenes go smoothly Mima and that we had plenty of Rosé. I would have no hesitation in making another booking with VIP Ski.

We have had a fantastic week in Val d’Isere with VIP Ski. Every member of the team has been great, nothing too much trouble and everything always done with a smile. Jess our chalet host was superb! Great food and great company, she became part of our family which was just lovely. Special thanks also to Pippa, Sophie, the team of drivers and Mima. We certainly hope to be back in Val d’Isere with VIP and Jess again in the future!

Amazing holiday in No2 Aspen House. Huge thank-you to Jess for looking after us this week. Breakfast, afternoon tea & dinner were delicious. Nothing was ever too much trouble & she always ensured that everyone’s needs/tastes were catered for. The chalet (kitchen in particular) was always spotless. Shoutout to the drivers for dropping/collecting us throughout our stay. The spa was the added bonus at the end of a long days skiing.

Just a brilliant weeks holiday. VIP probably the best company I have stayed with in 30 years of ski holidays. Our chalet host Jess was just fantastic and looked after us so well and cooked wonderful meals. The other staff we met were also great with lifts around the resort , exchange days (Pippa thank you) and Mima was always helpful. Will definitely be coming back again ….maybe even this year !! Jess was an amazing host, making our experience even more special. We had a birthday during our stay and the cake she made was incredible. Every meal was lovely, she always greeted us with a smile and helped with anything we asked. The chalet was perfect for the six of us and Jess ensured all our needs were catered for (even cooking us all different breakfasts!). Very much enjoyed having the jacuzzi at the end of our skiing day & having the offer of a driver for those longer trips around Val.

Well, I would definitely book through VIP ski again. Jess was a fabulous host. She enhanced our holiday not only through her delicious meals, variety of breakfasts, and cakes everyday, but also by being bubbly, friendly and becoming an honorary Smith for the week. Thanks Jess x

Fabulous holiday - VIP’s service was seamless from the get-go. The accomodation at Aspen House was awesome and our chalet host, Jess, was utterly delightful - she anticipated our every need. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed in the short week after New Year and loved the modern chalet apartment, convenient location, jacuzzi and sauna. Plus of course the food and recommendations on where to ski (and drink) from our wonderful chalet host Jess, she looked after us so well. Thank you for everything to all the VIP team.

Our chalet host was the best we have had. Jess was super organised, the food was fantastic and she was so responsive to our needs and requests not easy with a dairy intolerant child in the alps. My children loved her she was relaxed friendly and fun and the chalet was so clean and tidy.

Our 6th time with VIP and just as great as all the times before! No2 Aspen House is a lovely chalet, and really convenient for the slopes and the gorgeous spa area on the same floor. Alfie, our host was definitely one of the best hosts we’ve had-a pleasure to chat to, an excellent cook, and plenty of knowledge about the Ski area. All VIP staff we came across were fantastic in truth; all a credit to the company. We’re already looking for next year!

We had a fabulous week and it was wonderful to be back in the Alps. The staff at VIP made everything seamless and nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious, the childcare excellent (felt by both parents and children alike) and all the vIP staff that we came in contact with were polite, helpful and positive. While there wasn’t much new snow Val d’Isere’s skiing was stellar as always and there is such a variety of terrain we were spoilt for choice. Thank you VIP for making our holiday what it was.

This is my third visit to Val d'Isere with VIP and it did not disappoint! We had to postpone this trip by a few weeks due to COVID regulations but the VIP team were extremely helpful outlining all our options, great communication and exceptional customer service was highly appreciated in such uncertain times. Alfie and Louise our chalet hosts were fab and Charlie the chalet manager was also very helpful throughout our stay. We took our 6 month old daughter with us this time and I can't recommend VIP highly enough for everything they did to make our lives easier and also make sure that she had a great time too. Charlotte our Nanny was just amazing and our daughter absolutely LOVED her and all the wonderful activities they did during the week while we were skiing. Thank you VIP, we will definitely be back again!

A brilliant start to the season - so much so we stayed an extra 3 days! Toby was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and despite having 2 kids 3 and under in tow we felt relaxed all the time. Whilst Annie, our nanny, looked after the kids so well our eldest wanted to take her home!

The VIP team were superb . Ethan our chalet host was wonderfully attentive , the assistant hosts equally professional, friendly and efficient . We can’t wait to return . Thanks ladies and gents for a great experience . Paul family and friends .

What a stunning chalet, beautiful location and property. Really good week, excellent food and Nanny service. All overshadowed by the premature end of the season but that is something outside of everyone's control. Back next year (hopefully)...

What a whirlwind of a week! It was our first time with VIP in Val d'Isere and Soph has been the highlight. She's an impeccable host - every request has been met with impressive speed, the food has been absolutely brilliant (pls apply for masterchef) and her bright and bubbly personality has eased many a hungover morning. Not to mention her hair plaiting skills are 10/10 and she is excellent at dancing on tables in Cocoricos! She has been one of the family for the week and we only wish we could take her home with us. Jemima also gave us a brilliant breakfast and baked an amazing cake for our son's birthday. Hannah the manager and all of the drivers have also been really lovely - it truly is the staff that make VIP what it is. Aspen itself isn't a traditional chalet as such but really modern and the spa is cracking - perfect for our holiday. All in all a perfect family reunion.

Thanks VIP for a fab week away . Everything has been spot on . The whole of the VIP staff have made our holiday special . Special thanks to Ollie the driver - his driving skills are amazing , thanks to Lucy for scrambled eggs , they were spot on & masses & masses of thanks to our super fab chalet host to SOPHIE . You have looked after us so well , it's as if you have become part of the family . The kids are going to miss you so much - thanks for all your hard work , it's made our holiday super fab . We cannot recommend the services of VIP ski & Aspen House enough. Firstly the location of the chalet is second to none; right at the bottom of the slopes close to the ski schools. The added bonus of having the boot room within the lodge made getting out in the morning an easy process. Secondly, Sophie our wonderful chalet girl looked after us so well. We are most certainly well fed and rested and none of these would be possible without Sophie. Our kids want to give a special shout out to her muffins, lemon drizzle and marble cake :-) Aspen House is close to the centre of Val, so plenty to do for non skiers. A perfect week.

On arrival in Val we were greeted and helped by all the resort staff and even throughout the week they were all available for assistance when required. The new chalets are very nice, and are equipped with everything you need. Sophie who helped us in our chalet really made us feel at home and helped to keep us informed of the snow conditions and with anything extra we needed. Meals in the chalet were of a great variety (my kids even ate the salad starters!) and sensible portions. The hamman, sauna and indoor pool/spa are a great added luxury along with the concierge service. We also used the nanny service and Kir was great with our youngest. She took her to the snow park, soft play, animal farm and did various art & crafts and baking throughout the week. It was a very enjoyable week, and after using VIP 12 years ago I'm sure we will be back again.

Beautiful apartment. Well designed and Turkish bath and steam room perfect to unwind after day on slopes. VIP staff are great and cater to your every need. Friendly and helpful. Sophie the chalet maid was fantastic

We had a fantastic week in Aspen 2. Really beautiful chalet with great facilities, cosy and well appointed (it was a shame the fire didn't work, but the chalet was very warm without it). Lovely Turkish bath, sauna and steam room just along the hall were a very welcome treat after a day in the snow. Excellent service - our host Sophie was a joy to have around and made fantastic food. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt very well looked after by Sophie, Toby (who cooked a beautiful meal for us on Sophie's night off) and all the staff. We'll be back next year!

Thank you VIP Ski for a lovely week. We were incredibly lucky with the weather having a decent amount of snow mid week with sun either side. That, coupled with the high level of accommodation, food and client service from all staff made for a special week. Special thanks to chalet host, Sophie and nannies, Charlotte and Evie. Firstly, the new Aspen House is beautiful - the chalet, the spa, the build and location is just perfect. Secondly, our host Sophie, what a little gem! Her cooking was amazing, afternoon delights were to die for and she was most polite and attentive to all of our needs. Our party included two couples (one of which had numerous food intolerances) and a 21 month old. Sophie cooked my little boy a nutritional two course meal from scratch, every night and made sure all of his favourite meals were on the menu. Also, a little mention to Aspen Houses manager - Hannah, she's really lovely and made sure we were truly loved after - everything was perfect through the week. Finally, we had a nanny to look after our little boy - Kia. She was great with my little one, made sure all of his amenities were ready and waiting for him, cooked lovely lunches everyday, planned fun actives and left a big basket of toys in the chalet for him to play with. Overal a fabulous week, this is our 3rd trip with VIP and definitely won't be our last!

Aspen house is a great new chalet in a great location. Great food and service as usual.

Fun for all! Had an amazing host with 3 meals a days along with a gorgeous nanny. All day skiing coming home with the kids happy and ready for bed and parents served a glass of wine :)... Amazing hospitality!

I loved the holiday.it was amazing to be out in the snow again.the chalet had a great location and the bunk beds were unexpected in a good way.it was amazing when a bear was on the top bunk sitting there because it made me think of home.The meals were great especially the apple juice and the roast was my favourite.Sophie our chalet hostess was very nice and welcoming.

Liked the new Apen accommodation. The location was great. There were a number of features that weren't working however including the towel rails and the fire in the sitting room. The hot tub and sauna also worked intermittently. Our host Sophie was fantastic however. She was very efficient and really looked after us. The food was good and Sophie did everything with a smile. She was by far the best host we've had with VIP.
