No. 3&4 CLUB Bellevarde

My wife and I had a brilliant week skiing with friends whilst staying at Bellevarde No. 3. The entire team were fantastic throughout the duration of our stay and no request was too much. The team’s attentiveness and attention to detail was second to none and the food was phenomenal at all times. Would recommend VIP to anyone and will certainly be back again soon! Thanks again! This holiday marked a return to BV3 for me having worked there 7 years ago! This time as a guest the experience was absolutely 5 star and the standards have only improved. Leah, Amelia and Will were outstanding and didn’t miss a beat all week. The Chalet was immaculate during our stay. Breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner was served on time every time! Ashley, our chef, and his team produced some incredible food throughout the week and a highlight was the offering of a breakfast special each morning, even on chef day off! Overall such an amazing week and these guys are a credit to VIP ski! Thank you!

We had a wonderful week in Val D’Isere despite some poor weather. The staff looking after us were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We were picked up and dropped off and the food and drink was wonderful. Special mention to Amelia and Leah and Will. Hannah was also in touch even before we arrived at resort to make sure any special meals or requests were catered for. We will definitely return and are very grateful for such excellent service. The hosts and chefs have been amazing the whole time we have been here, nothing has been too much for them and they have always tried to accommodate our needs during our stay. Twenty four of us have reunited in Val d'Isere from our last trip for the Millennium New Year. Some big birthdays are being celebrated too! We have all had the most incredible time at Bellevarde Club. Looked after by friendly and personable staff every day from breakfast to the late evening cheeseboard. The house works perfectly for a crowd, comfortable lounging, spacious dining, help yourself bar and lovely bedrooms, not to mention the stunning pool and spa area, and the beers in the hot tub looking out at the mountains. We have been spoilt. The lovely staff - Patrick, Alex, Anna, Felicity, Jake and Izzy have made a stay one that we will remember forever. Thank you. We will be back!

This has been the best ski holiday ever! The chalet and staff helped to make this a dream come true! There is nothing I would change!

10/10 staff were brilliant. Would recommend to anyone thinking about taking a trip to Val d'Isere.

We were so well taken care of by Patrick (best chef ever), Alex, Jake, Filly and Anna and we had the best family Christmas ever thanks to their exceptional care. Cannot praise them enough. The 24 family members ranged from a babe of a few months to a happy-to-be-skiing-for-free 75 year old and every single one of us was catered for and looked after. The bedrooms were sound proof and cosy; loved the wood fire every evening and the smiling faces in the kitchen every morning. Would happily repeat the experience again.

We had a lovely time at club Bellevarde, the staff were attentive and charming, the rooms were comfortable and the communal spaces were great, the log fire was an added bonus. The two hot tubs on the balcony were in constant use on the evenings. The food was spectacular and hats off to the entire team.

Fabulous staff and amenities! Very helpful and responsive. The chef was incredible, and the chalet was well placed by the slopes.

What A HOLIDAY! We had some serious drama, my daughter was helicoptered off the mountain and my other daughter had suspected appendicitis. The chalet staff couldn't have done enough for us. They made the VIP bus available to us and helped us sort our various things including giving us a lift to the hospital and helping us coordinate everything. Just can't thank them enough...above and beyond! Patrick and Alex created delicious food and nothing was too much trouble. Can't recommend this company enough xxxxx

I can't begin to say how amazing it was, best chalet ever and I can't thank you enough. I had a fabulous time filled with snowball fights, snowman making and lots of food. Another big thank you.

From the moment we arived we were welcomed with open arms, the staff were attentive and very proffesional throughout the whole trip. The food was also fantastic. Over a very satisfying trip, will definitely be back!

As usual, can't fault the staff and the catering was excellent. Staff recruiting process works. Belevedere club location is too remote. Not really ski in ski out!!! Small rooms, tired and very 80's. Big issue with heating in dining area.

The style of our Bellevarde Lodge chalets is much more traditional/rustic than the chalets in which you have previously stayed with us. We do hope you will ski with us again in the future and would recommend the brand new Aspen House chalets if you prefer a more modern style chalet. Yet again another great holiday with VIP. A new crew but just as professional and fun as previous teams. We were week one guests and they all admitted nerves and butterflies, but acquitted themselves marvellously. Nothing was too much trouble, with the service and food to a high standard. Will continue to recommend VIP.

Very cheerful happy staff who went above and beyond - nothing was too much trouble. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the catering. Chef Patrick worked tirelessly and with a perfectionist's attention to detail, introducing every course with enthusiasm and caring very much about the food he served. Great fun crowd who mingled and were fun. We were blessed with excellent weather and snow at the start of the season. Only gripe: pot luck about which concierge answered the phone and whether we could be picked up from Bananas. The hassle of this is not worth pissing off regular returning guests - collect from Bananas without us needing to kick off!. Leaves a sour taste on an otherwise perfect holiday.

I'm not even sure where to begin. From the moment we arrived at Club Bellevarde Anna, Felicity and Izzy made us feel so welcome. Patrick and Alex's food was really delicious and there was always plenty of rose flowing. The pool and spa area were an added luxury after a long day skiing. Early season skiing can be a bit of a gamble but I'm definitely doing the same next year. Thanks VIP SKI and thank you to the team in Club Bellevarde.

I ventured out on a trip of a lifetime, my very own break away from modern society. I decided to come away to club Belvarde a single man destined to ride alone and drink solo until the sun went down, then club Belvarde was sent from the gods... "the sun shines on the morning slope" is the only adequate way of describing the pure beauty that each one of the hosts have delivered is the only true refl cation that I can give. With zero hesitation the most positive, professional and uplifting attitude has been thrown into every second of the loveliest 7 days that I have had the pleasure to experience. I cannot name a single host as the most stand out. Alex and Patrick's combination of great food, great facts and great banter was second to none. Izzy, Felicity and Anna's attention to detail alongside the knowledge of what guests need in order to have the most spectacular experience was absolutely faultless.

We have been to VIP for the last 3 years at the same time( first or second week of the season). As usual a great experience,wonderful attentive staff who meet your every need. The food was very good, from breakfast to evening meal. Rooms were very good and we thoroughly enjoyed our stare,this primarily due to the excellent staff. Thanks very much.

Really fantastic week. Everything was excellent from food to the staff, we couldn't fault anything. I had a lovely surprise on my birthday with a birthday cake at afternoon tea and a bottle of champagne in our room when we got back from skiing. It really was the best ski holiday and will highly recommend. Thank you VIP

First skiing holiday for me and what a place to start! The slopes did not disappoint, the weather was great, and the guys working in the chalet were terrific. Sarah, Maria, Callum, Felix and Matt brilliant start to finish. Food was absolutely sensational and having a team who have real and different personalities makes a huge difference. Disappointed to be leaving! Whole family felt welcome from the get go and have absolutely zero complaints. Facilities tremendous too, the hot tub and sauna much appreciated after a day hitting it hard. Would 100% recommend and that's down to the team working here to make us feel comfortable.

Club Bellevarde is a gorgeous chalet with access to a pool and spa. The food quality was exceptional and we enjoyed the social aspect of the chalet. The staff were all hard working and friendly. The skiing in Val d'Isere was amazing and we enjoyed excellent snow. The kids loved the Oxegene ski school.

The chefs produced fantastic food which was above the usual chalet standard. The chalet staff were very friendly and helpful. However the cleaning was way below standard. When we arrived there was a dirty sock on my bedside table, plastic wrappers on the wardrobe and a bottle top down the side of the toilet, by the toilet brush which I didn’t touch. At the end of the week the bottle top was still in exactly the same place. One day I left a wet towel that missed the change over in the bath and told the girls I’d left it there. It was still there that evening and on the sink was a dirty cleaning rag. I took them both downstairs and put them by the stairs the staff use to the basement. It was still there 3 days later when we left. Other guests also had similar complaints.

I apologise for having let you down during this stay and that your holiday was not up to the usual VIP SKI standards. The resort was spectacular, the weather amazing and the chalet and staff incredible. They couldn't have done more for us, especially when the Apres ski had the better of us! Thanks everyone, we had a blast!

Wow - What an incredible week at the VIP Bellevarde Club Chalet! Everything you could ever want from a ski chalet holiday and more! Welcoming hosts, amazing chefs, hot tubs, even beer on tap and not forgetting a truly incredible chalet! The choice of evening meal and continental or cooked breakfast were both things we have not experienced with comparable companies before and both blew us away. The back room staff do a Stella job. The transfers worked flawlessly, nothing was too much trouble for the concierge team and the drivers were always on time and friendly. No major complaints, just a few simple suggestions to make the experience perfect ... The path up to the piste / down to the road from the chalet needs regular salting / shovelling, as it was really icy and anyone could have easily have fallen over. Although the wine selection was great and the addition of beer on tap was a welcome bonus, there was a lack of soft drink. For example, a stock of coke or lemonade would be great for those not wanting to drink every night. We look forward to coming back next year!

We've had a fantastic few days in the beautiful Chalet Bellevarde. It has been wonderful exploring Val D'Isere and some of the off piste tracks whilst being thoroughly looked after by our great hosts. We've also really enjoyed getting to know the other guests and it has been a fabulous experience.

What really makes this holiday special is the level of service. The concierge service (drives you back to your chalet at the end of the day from where you end up) is a massive plus. The staff are fantastically friendly - big call out to Sarah. Great food, fantastic company, ski in ski out what else can you ask for?

Such a great time at Bellavarde....Sarah, Callum,Felix, Maria et al could not do enough to make our trip outstanding....the food was fabulous and beer on tap...enough said! The location of the chalet is amazing, true ski in ski out if you like a red run and if not, 5 minutes walk or a complimentary 2 minute drive if not. Would definitely recommend and if lucky enough we will be back in the not too distant future..the facilities are just outstanding...Thanks guys - a truly fantastic trip made by great hosts xx

First time with VIP but delighted with the experience from making the booking, to arrival and the chalet quality. People make a difference and the Club Bellevarde team have strong bond that helps make the VIP experience stand out. Nothing is too much trouble and the humour has been first class. The chalet was clean and the food exceptional. I would recommend.

This chalet, especially the staff, was a cut above the rest. I couldn't rate highly enough.

Every part of our VIP experience has been faultless. From booking to arriving back in the UK everything ran smoothly. The chalet and spa area was clean and in good working order; we had a small fault with our bedroom door but this was quickly resolved. The food was excellent, the team worked well as a team and nothing was too much trouble for them. Our glasses were always topped up and always served with a smile. Having stayed with VIP for over 12 years and stayed in Club Bellevarde previously this certainly will not be the last time. Well done to the whole team who made our holiday such a fantastic week, one to definitely remember.

Outstanding chalet with great service and amazing food. The little extras such as your luggage getting delivered to your room and a choice of food goes that extra mile.

From start to finish this has been a fantastic experience. The staff at Club Bellevarde and across VIP Ski really made this experience. Sarah, Elle and Callum but to mention a few have been there whenever we needed anything. The food has been fantastic all week and Callum has always been on hand if there was anything we might not eat or if we fancied a change. Fabulous holiday - staff were all amazing, went out of their way for us. Great food, chalet, resort and skiing! Our second time staying at Club Bellevarde and can’t wait to come back soon.

We had a really wonderful stay at Club Bellevarde. Our chalet hosts Sarah, Elle and newcomer Felix were incredibly attentive (my glass was never empty), relaxed and easy to get along with. Callum's cooking was fantastic - whatever breakfast order was thrown at him he managed to create. This of course couldn't have happened without Michela. I can't name them all but our mini bus pick-ups were always fantastic and the drivers were always very polite and helpful. Milly, our chalet manager, made regular trips and was incredibly friendly.

Better service in the chalet than last year. Could clear paths - especially when icy. Food was better than last year but one experience of piece of plastic in food. Girls in the chalet - excellent - very attentive.

So sorry to hear that a bit of plastic found it's way into your food, I can assure you that this is very unusual and will not happen again.

Club Bellevarde has been a wonderful experience. The hosts (Maria, Sarah and Elle) have been flawless - the best we have ever experienced in a chalet. No task was to great for them and they went above and beyond everyday. The food was fantastic and thanks to both Callum and Miachela. We would recommend VIP to anyone thinking about it. Our only recommendations to improve would be keeping the paths free of ice and snow, better communication from the chalet manager regarding transfers and dealing with guest complaints. But these were minor issues to a fabulous holiday.

Had a great time. Lovely welcome and fantastic tastey food. Rooms were very clean and cosy. Facilities were great with only a few little pointers to improve on. Rooms took a while to be prepared when we arrived, would’ve been nice to be able to go straight into the room when we arrived, however its not a massive thing for me as I know how busy the turn around is for the staff. A few things in the room needed attending to. We were given a maintenance form to fill out to report anything broken however the way I view it is that rooms should be given a check every couple weeks so that customers don’t have to report the problems themselves. The path up to the piste from the boot room for 5 of the days we were there was heavily covered with snow and ice. It took multiple people to get it removed. On a side note, the hosts and chef were beyond amazing and I can’t praise them enough. I know how busy they get and how much work they have to do and they always have a smile on their face and always exceeded my expectations. Had a great week overall and would definitely come again!

All of the rooms are checked weekly for maintenance issues, however we know that small issues can occasionally crop up during the week, hence the maintenance forms. Fab food , lovely hosts, clean rooms , thank you. Second time using VIP here and will come again. Only small criticisms-- is please clear paths up and down from chalet on first day not last! Would much prefer dinners at 7 or 730 not 8, makes it v late to eat. Transfers to airport could be better as rather over estimating so we have ages at airport, not what we expect from VIP. Overall - will come again thank you .

Thank you for your feeback. As your holiday fell on a peak week we do try to build a little more time into our transfer schedule to allow for delays as the roads tend to be busier. It's great to hear that you'll be back, we look forwrads to seeing you next season.

Most amazing week ever! Hosts were all very chatty and enthusiastic all the time! Food was always to die for and the spa/hot tub were perfect and being right outside the living room made them very enticing! 10/10 week, would recommend it to anyone!

Everything has been just wonderful , struck gold with some great chalet buddies ...we were looked after by six great guys, Matt,Charlie ,Steve, Jack,Will and Jake . The food was amazing too, so Thank you all so much. Lovely to meet Freddie too x

Fantastic VIP chalet team, support by Freddie and the Aspen team, but also all clients in the chalet, made for a fantastic week. I suspect you have 18 VIP advocates. Once again thanks VIP and all the guests for the great holiday.

Facilities were great. Pool and hot tub a very welcome relief at the end of the day. The boys (olly, Charlie, Jack and will) were fantastic. We had a load of children with us and not only were they tolerant of them but they seemed to genuinely enjoy their company. Really helpful and fun with the children. Food was great - the chefs are very talented and so calm It would be helpful to have a load of towels by the pool area as they seemed to always be in short supply but no big issue - just a suggestion to help with smooth running. Overall cannot fault the guys and the chalet. Fantastic holiday and they deserve a medal for their patience, calmness, so approachable, great fun, helpful, genuine etc etc Thank you

Staff made a lot of effort to make sure that everyone, particularly the kids, had an enjoyable experience. Facilities were very luxurious and accessible, and were always welcome after a long day's skiing. Some lovely touches such as tea and coffee in bed in the morning, choice of breakfast and dinner and returning our skis back to the ski hire on our behalf. Overall, a lovely holiday and would highly recommend!

This was our second time in club but was the better week of the two. This was mainly due to the hosts, Jack, Will, Charlie and Ollie who kept us entertained for the week and the boys in the kitchen, Jake and Matt who delivered everyday morning and evening. All the fellas knew when to be professional but were also able to have a good time making for a very enjoyable and fun week. Cheers Lads x

5 star holiday!! We don't have the easiest group to deal with... There were lots of young kids, we are a very large family, we are very loud, love to joke around and love a good party. As always, VIP Ski and their team helped make our favorite week of the year even better than the last! Not only were the boys in our Chalet easy on the eyes (haha) they were spectacular, accommodating, flexible and so much fun. I felt I not only am walking away feeling relaxed and refreshed from my vacation but with the best memories to-date and new friends in a different corner of the world! Our hosts went above and beyond to make sure we felt taken care of on every level and we hope every single one of them will be back next year when we come to stay in April. Thanks again for a Holiday we will never forget!!! xx

We have stayed with VIP many times over the years and are never disappointed. This year was no different! Jack, Will, Charlie, Ollie were absolutely fantastic hosts and nothing was too much trouble. We really can't praise them enough! They went above and beyond to make sure we had a holiday we will never forget. The chefs worked hard to feed 24 of us every day and the cooked breakfasts are definitely worth a special mention! The resort manager, Freddy, was always on hand to see if there was anything else we might need. You just can't beat the service you get from VIP!

The entire trip has been seamless and the staff have really made that possible. Service has been exemplary. Chalet staff have gone above and beyond.......nothing is ever too much! Big shout out to Olly who has been incredible with the children carrying skis, helping get ski gear on in the morning and making them feel better when they've got little ski niggles. That said, all boys in the chalet have been amazing. Food has been top notch and the chef has really blown us away with his fantastic creations that have been so tasty. The transport between the chalet and gondola's has always been efficient and professional, always giving a helping hand at the end of the day. A truly wonderful holiday, one we will not forget and we will be back!

This was our second stay in Club Bellevarde and despite totally different staff the experience was equal to the first time - excellent in every area. First class food from a very young but very able chef and his colleagues. Very attentive personable service to accompany this. Cleanliness excellent too. Minor gripe: comfort of beds and pillows - a second pillow choice in the wardrobes would be a suggestion.

The best Chalet hosts we have experienced ever. Highly professional, amazing food and great at organising our lunches for a large group. Thank you so much guys. VIP is always good - these guys were the best.

Totally loved our time with VIP. An amazing company with the best staff ever, nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was very friendly and the chalet was great with very comfortable rooms. The staff here made our holiday another level of luxury and I cannot recommended them enough, will definitely be booking another holiday with VIP.

What a great holiday. The staff were great, and very helpful, the chalet was great and the food was great! It's all you need when you're out skiing all day and you don't want to think about anything else i.e. where to eat, how to get to places, where to get your ski's etc. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you for a lovely holiday. Totally miss it! Also there was an organised stop in Annecy on the way back to Geneva Airport because of a flight delay. This was incredibly thoughtful of the staff as it meant we didn't have to sit in the Airport for a stupid amount of hours waiting for the plane. It made all the difference!

Fabulous holiday in Val d'Isere with our family, we stayed at Club Bellvarde and our hosts, Jack, Keiran, Rose and Luke were amazing. They really brought the different groups together and pulled out all the stops for us. The chefs were also incredible, breakfasts, afternoon tea and dinner were always great. A huge thank you also to guys who organise and drive the shuttle service from the Chalet into the town centre, this is a great touch. We were very lucky with the weather for January and had lots of sunshine so we were able to get a lot of skiing done and also had time for some chilled time in the hot tubs, by the swimming pool and in the sauna. The rooms were always kept immaculate and there is such a lovely cosy feel about Club Bellevarde. Thank you very much for making my first ski holiday very enjoyable.

Our first trip to The Alps and the long travel from Australia was duly rewarded. The bus transfer was simple and before we knew it we were sipping bubbles and toasting beers in our Club Chalet. The "concern" about sharing a chalet with strangers was quickly dismissed as we made some great friends over the course of the week, the conversation was always lively, educated (mostly educated), polite and genuine. The fact that almost every guest met up down at CocoRico's for drinks and dancing to 'Cotton Eye Joe" on Thursday afternoon was testament to the quality of the fun people staying in the chalet. The VIP staff were just great! Nothing was a problem, they start off slowly but they engaged us as friends and they took the time to share knowledge and life stories as the days unfolded. Sam's kitchen skills are first class, he is the real thing, very knowledgeable in so many culinary areas, thanks for the great food Sam (and your assistant)! Jack led a good chalet crew that included Alicia, Kieran and Luke and they were quality hosts over a week that just would not stop snowing. Special shout out to Kieran for a speedy recovery after a little accident on the slopes, I hope you bounce back quickly. We enjoyed the open fire, the food, the vino, the free flow beers, the pool and the sauna next door. We enjoyed the hot tub on the balcony after a hard days skiing but most of all we enjoyed the "people" we met and the laughter shared. Thanks for the memories! Darryl

Pros: excellent food in the evening. Sam is to truly commended on both the food and his engagement with guests Cons: really uninterested staff. I have never been on a holiday with VIP with such an uninterested and unengaged chalet team. It was just a culmination of multiple small things but it was just so lacklustre and lacking in leadership and just appeared disorganised. Many of the ceiling lights in the room didn’t work and one was just plain missing. Not a bulb. The whole fitting. The steam room was broken. As was the door on the sauna. The whole thing just felt so complacent. This is in stark contrast to multiple previous holidays with VIP. I emailed the London office but have had no reply. Next year, for the first time in many years, I will not be going with VIP.

We have been with VIP for 3 years and Club Belvarde is without a doubt the best of the bunch. Fantastic skiing for all levels with good wide slopes. Our chalet staff were absolutely first class, excellent service and really friendly. The chalet is well appointed and the rooms are of a good size. If you are looking for a top end ski break with minimum fuss or stress then get booed up!

Thank you for the amazing week with Club Belvarde! The team were wonderful, the food was amazing and we could not have enjoyed ourselves more...particularly Burns night ;) With special hanks to our mate Jack and his kilt. Team Dean had a great time and will be back.

The location is superb and the addition of the leisure facilities has enhanced what was already some of the best chalet facilities we have experienced. Food was excellent and with copious quantities of wine and beer available it was truly suberb. However the best thing about the holiday was the people we met, the ability to meet new people in such a great environment is what the Club experience is all about.

Our stay at VIP club was second to none, the service we received in the chalet from Jack Keiran and Jade was unbelievable. From the moment we walked in the door we were made to feel at home. The kitchen staff were equally as welcoming and the food we received each day was 5*. Thanks again to the team, I would definitely come again and recommend to all I know.

The guys at VIP Club Bellevarde were outstanding from the offset. Really personable team, nothing was a problem. Best chalet we've ever stayed in and would definitely come back. Thanks for a great holiday to all the VIP team.

We had a fantastic holiday in Club Bellevarde. The chalet team were extremely friendly and helpful. The facilities in the chalet were the best I have experienced in any previous chalet holiday, the swimming pool and hot tubs especially loved by the kids.

We were greeted by very professional VIP staff at the airport most notably Pip, she and her team were very courteous and helped us with our luggage and we were swiftly on the transfer to resort. At the chalet we were greeted by Hannah, James, Huey and the rest of the chalet team who provided a great service to us throughout the week. Meals were generally of a very good standard cooked by Stuart and his sous chefs all week. The chalet has excellent facilities, in particular the wellness centre adjacent with pool, steam and saunas etc as well as 2 x hot tubs really added to the VIP experience. Although the twin rooms and bathrooms are a little on the small size they are nicely fitted out and have a contemporary feel. Unlimited beer and wine from the bar and the Nespresso machine were also nice additions all week. The VIP concierge service for lifts and bookings etc really is an excellent service too, we extracted full value from that. A thoroughly enjoyable ski holiday to celebrate my birthday!

A massive thank you to Club staff this week!! James, Hughie, Hannah, Stu, G and Jesse - you have our made our holiday very special, the food has been amazing, the sun has been shining and the beer has been flowing... What more could you ask for?! Breakfast and dinner service were effortlessly carried out, along with deeeeelicious afternoon teas left every day. Having the spa facilities available next door really helps with those lazy days and achey muscles! Our only wish is that it could have lasted longer. Shout out to Gina in the head office who was really helpful with our booking :) Watch this space, we will be back!

Having had previous experience with VIP, myself and my friend knew what to expect from a holiday with them. Well, expectations were exceeded with the whole of Team B making the running of Club appear seamless and effortless. Legends! Every single one of them had the ability to read the room and mix well with the guests-not easy when there are several different groups of people staying in the chalet. All the little things that were done behind the scenes added up, resulting in the food, service and atmosphere being fantastic...Of course the beer may have helped with that......Amazing job by all the guys and I hope VIP know what a credit to the company they are! We will be back sooner rather that later! Also massive thank you to Gina in head office who really helped us with the booking process!

What can I say... we have been thoroughly looked after and pampered by the VIP crew during our stay in Val at the Club Belvarde chalet. The chalet and amenities on hand are just what is needed to help you savour everything that Val has to offer. We were a big group (23 of us), and nothing was too much trouble and the crew kept on giving of their time and attention. After a while we kind of forgot that the VIP crew were staff intended to look after us. Nothing was a hassle, humour always a plenty, we wanted for nothing!

Our week in Val Disere was brilliant from start to finish! The transfers ran smoothly, and everything in the chalet was as described. Hannah and her team were brilliant, accommodating all requests and always helpful no matter what the request. All of the team in the chalet were brilliant, always up for a chat and always ready to help with anything! The food was fantastic every night, as was breakfast and all the small bits in between! We could not fault anything with the chalet or the location! Would defiantly revisit the area and would highly recommend VIP Ski ! We will defiantly look to book through them again.

We had such a wonderful holiday at VIP Club Bellevarde. All the chalet facilities are fantastic; comfortable rooms and lounge, beautiful spa and heated boot rooms. Special thanks must go to the staff (Hannah, James, Hughie, Gee and Stu), who were so attentive and always so interested in everyone's day - they really made the holiday. We were so grateful for their warm welcome after a very long transfer from Grenoble! This was our first holiday with VIP, but I have no doubt that we will return. Thanks so much for making our week so memorable.

This is far & away the best chalet ski hols we have had in more than 30 yrs of skiing. The staff are amazing & nothing too much trouble. Food brilliant ( thanks guys). And the staff adjust to a real mix of guests. The chalet is wonderful with the best facilities I've known. We'll be back!!! Thanks guys.

A great week had by the family helped by decent snow and great weather blue skies and sunshine although chilly on some days! Returning for our 2nd week with VIP (we came last Feb half term) we love the ski in ski out, hot tub, pool and the convenience of the concierge to pick you up after a hard day on the slopes. Chalet staff were friendly and chatty and great with our kids. We had a nanny which really helped as we had one 5 yr old for who a mornings ski was plenty and our son (nearly 8) could rest his legs if he wanted! This meant everyone had a great holiday. The chalet food has improved since last year and having a choice is great but we found 3 course every night a struggle especially as Val D'Isere has some great restaurants on the piste! Overall the VIP formula works for us, there's always room for improvements as with any service but none are really deal breakers for us and we will return next year!!!!

What a superb week from start to finish .! The staff in particular are outstanding and so attentive ... Nothing is too much trouble and the food thanks to Stuart and G was wonderful every night James,Hannah,El and Hughie have been perfect hosts ,always there to help with any requests and local advice together with the drivers who are always on hand to bring you home after a tiring day on the slopes and apres ski . The added bonus of hot tubs , free drinks , pool and sauna make a great choice. We will definitely be back xx

This was our first time with VIP and Club Bellevarde lived up to all our expectations from the fantastic welcome by Hannah and her team of Hugh, Georgia (great cakes), Els and Liv, to the relaxed informality of the dinners, cooked with fresh ingredients by Barry, and great company. The chalet, accommodating 24, is comfortable and decorated tastefully, and touches like weekly change of water in the hot tubs shows attention to detail. It is possible to ski out of the chalet and you can call for a chalet minibus or get the navette ski bus back (one every 15 mins). The 'nothing too much trouble' ethos of this happy team and the good skiing means we'll definitely be back!

Returned today after a great week at Club Bellevarde, this was our second stay in this chalet and this year eclipsed last year. The team are truly lovely, they are so happy and work together so well, it is a pleasure to see and of course makes for a really memorable stay. They all looked after us so well and we were lucky also to have had Barry as chef too. Gee's cakes were incredible as was her super salad and Hughie and Elle couldn't do enough for us. Our fellow guests were fantastic and it was so enjoyable. The chalet itself is beautiful, the location is ideal and the spa and hot tubs complete the experience. If you've already booked for this year you will enjoy every minute!

This holiday ticked all the right boxes, and we have done shared chalet holidays in the past too - expectations surpassed! Great food, great company, two lovely rooms, and great staff (right from the moment we booked through to one of the resort drivers, Tom, who collected us from Geneva - special mention for your exceptional manners and politeness - through to VIP's own executive chef Barry). Thank you to all the team who looked after us! Depsite the lack of snow this week Val d'isere came up trumps and full marks too for the amazing pistes - compared to the rest of the Alps we did very well. We will be back next year!

We had a wonderful holiday. We like Val d'sere and the Espace Killy anyway but our stay at the Club Bellevarde over Christmas was excellent. While the rooms could be a little bigger, everything else was just so: the company (a good mixture); the food (excellent); and the hosting which was friendly and attentive without being over the top. And getting a driver was easy to, as was booking a restaurant. So well done 'G' for the resort services, and Hannah for the Chalet. But most of all thank you to the staff at the Club Bellevarde.

Positives Good food and great cakes. Pool and jacuzzi. Staff are friendly. Nice lounge area. Negatives. Rooms and bathrooms small. Some breakfasts were cold and dinners are not served quick enough to all the table so you have to start otherwise yours gets cold. Pool is cold. Wifi doesn't work on the first floor. No one can remember their dinner choices.

A great resort and fabulous accommodation and location. Unfortunately some high winds and poor visibility limited skiing on 3 out of 6 of our ski days. Would definitely return to explore more of the resort.

The transfer to val, and then up to the chalet was excellent. We met some fantastic people and some wonderful hosts. The room was slightly small but still adequate, and the view amazing. The food, in general was very good, but a couple of the meal portions / tastes were not quite as expected. I expect the chefs work with what they have. Having stayed here last year, the one big plus is the pool and spa. The lifts were closed a couple of days due to weather and the pool was very well used by us. On the down side, the steps from the road up to the 'even roomed' boot room is closed off. Not ideal. The refurbished lounge is also very nice, as is the bar area. Overall chalet still very very good, and if vip had listened to our comments last year and put some hooks up outside next to the hot tubs, we would have given four and a half stars. We will definitely be back, and I think that says it all.

This was our first for being away for Christmas, holidaying with VIP Ski, Val d'se're and Chalet Club Bellevarde. The whole experience was magical and this was all down to the Chalet staff and VIP team for making our holiday the best Christmas ever. The whole staff catered so well as a strong team, working tirelessly to make our stay perfect. And, they did just that and more. We had the time of our life. The chalet staff were always pleasant, happy, professional, helpful, caring, attentive, resourceful, efficient... and much more. It was blissful. They made us feel like we were one big family. This being our very first time away from home for Christmas made us quite apprehensive. The Chalet offers so much comfort, with two hot tubs, pool, saunas and steam room to enjoy and relax. Carefully looked after by the best Chalet staff and high quality Chef's ever. The food and drinks exemplar, perfect cuisine throughout the day, with a good selection that catered for all diets. The location just perfect - we could ski down to the lifts. Or, we had a choice of catching the VIP transport bus to the ski lifts and, on return back to the Chalet in the afternoons. Walking into town was pleasant too, and only 10 mins, while looking at beautiful mountains, ski slopes and valleys. Wonderful and faultless. We would highly recommend VIP Ski and, we will most certainly be returning for 2016 Christmas, if not sooner. We were originally set for Morzine, but as the snow hadn't arrived, VIP Ski moved us to Val d'sere. We would like to express our sincere thank you to VIP Ski for this and the drivers for their courtesy and reliability. Above all, our personal thanks and gratitude go to all the Chalet Staff and two Chef's. You made our Christmas so wonderful and happy. You all worked so hard and we really want to thank you with our sincere and heartfelt appreciation. Christmas is very special, and you made it magical. Thank you xx
