Had the absolute pleasure of Connor and Miles as our hosts! They were unbelievable at providing a great and extremely professional experience for us! Must not forget to mention two unbelievable seasonairs in Izzy (flexi) and Charlie (driver) they really made us feel at home and accommodated us to full potential! The whole VIP team were unbelievable and I hope they recieve a vast amount of recognition for this! Cheers all and see you next year ;)

Our family of 4 (2 skiers and 2 snowboarders) have just had another fantastic week withvip ski. This is our 4th trip with VIP over a number of years and they never disappoint. Connor, Miles and Issy have been the best ever chalets hosts looking after us brilliantly and cooking the most AMAZING food. And Connor's poems left with our delicious tea are outstanding!!! Thank you so much for giving us such a fab holiday. It's why we come back to VIP every time.

Great holiday! Amazing hosts, Connor, Miles and Izzy! Nothing was too much trouble and the food was exceptional - first class! Couldn't have hoped for better! We have had a fantastic week and are already getting demands from our children for "same chalet, same team" next year. Connor, Miles and Izzy have gone out of their way to look after us and accommodate our requests - whether it's been to feed picky eaters, getting Christmas started early or provide sledges at short notice. The team created a great atmosphere and helped the different families settle in and connect. The food has been fabulous all week, and our picky youngest daughter has eaten really thanks to Izzy's cooking - This is why you should live-said Emily, (Her best holiday ever - (and there's quite a lot to compete with).

It was a shame that due to the inclement weather we were only able to ski for four days. However, Connor and Miles were incredibly attentive, they made our holiday very enjoyable. The chalet was clean and modern, the catering was excellent.

We have had an absolutely stunning holiday. From start to finish this experience has been impeccable. Most notably the two hosts - Myles & Connor have been incredible. They truly have gone the extra mile. Not only have they ticked all the boxes In terms of food and drink but they truly created an incredible ambience - I don't know how I'll ever be able to ski without them!!!!!!!

Chalet hosts Jack and Giles were absolutely fantastic, providing delicious meals and great service. Millie also was amazing, nothing was too much trouble and a proper VIP experience. Drivers and Nannies did a fantastic job too! Few suggestions for improvement: Manage expectations around number of people allowed to use the pool. We were told it was us and one other chalet whereas in fact 4 chalets were using it. Concierge service was fantastic, although good be improved (helping more with yoga classes,etc) Provide enough bath plugs for all the baths. Weird suggestion, I know, but the toilet roll was v v basic - everyone prefers a nice triple ply....

Jack and Giles have undoubtedly been the best chalet hosts I have ever had the pleasure of meeting over the past 20 years of chalet holidays. They have been attentive, caring and extremely amusing. They have made my week here with VIP and I couldn't thank them anymore. Jacks humour and good looks combined with Giles exceptional cooking skills make them the perfect team to tackle any task... From scrubbing bogs to moving logs they never fail to Impress!!! VIP you were great... Jack and Giles you were even better!!!!

Lovely chalet in perfect location. All rooms have bath and if you are on the upper floor in 5 or 6 you get a balcony with great views. The young chalet staff, Jack and Giles, were enthusiastic and tried hard to please us. Only downside was the maintenance of the chalet. Steps in and out were treacherous with ice hidden by snow, I had a fall and ended up concussed. Could have been a lot worse! Windows were dirty and needed a good clean. Overall though we had a great time and hope to return next year.

Chalet is in a wonderful position allowing us to step straight onto the slopes. The guys' hospitality has been first class. Excellent breakfasts first thing, cakes in the afternoon and lovely substantial evening meals. My own fave was the roast lamb on Friday. Moreover they are both genuinely friendly and delightful people who could not have been more helpful. Concierge service is a great addition,reliable and efficient. We would certainly recommend this company but must emphasise that Jack and Giles made our week unbelievably special.

It has been a great week staying in Val to celebrate New Year and 50th birthdays. Ben and Jack have been fabulous chalet hosts. The food was fab, do not expect to lose weight on this holiday! Ben and Jack couldn't have been kinder in accommodating everyone's needs. Totally laid back but also feeling very spoilt at the same time. The concierge service is such a bonus after a hard day skiing and a great bunch of guys. All in all a brill holiday.

Great holiday. Bellevarde Savoie a really good chalet. Super convenient for piste in the morning and driver service brilliant for afternoons. Pool and spa complex terrific for kids and adults. Ben and Jack were very good hosts and had a great attitude. Star of the show though was Elise who was a fantastic nanny and had our younger daughter out and about every day (soft play, playground, sledging, farm...). Makes a huge difference to know that young children are so happy when the older children and grown-ups are out on the mountain. Thanks so much!

Great family week in Bellevarde Savoir chalet with Ben and Jack. They both have the most delightful manner, nothing is too much trouble, and made sure we all had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. They were also a big hit with the kids - homemade DIY pizzas were a particular moment of genius... We've stayed with VIP before and wouldn't hesitate to do so again. The slope pick up and nanny services make skiing with kids a much easier experience and the facilities at Bellevarde were good (although the pool/sauna could be warmer).

Staying with VIP was great. The chalet was beautiful and had a very relaxed vibe. Max and Elliot were great hosts and the food was delicious. The spa, pool and hot tub were amazing too and all VIP staff we met were helpful and welcoming. Thanks for a great holiday!

Fourth holiday with VIP in Bellevarde Lodges. Max and Elliot were superb hosts, professional yet fun company. Unobtrusive yet engaging when we wanted them to be. Both very calm and organised. Nothing was too much trouble. We felt thoroughly spoilt. Chalet kept clean, particularly kitchen prep areas which is reassuring to see when you are being catered for and is sometimes lacking in the chalet experience. Food excellent and tasty. Amazing snow conditions and a week of sunshine were the icing on the cake. Bit of a blip during the week, which was nothing to do with our wonderful hosts, and was quickly addressed and attended to by Freddie and the VIP resort staff.

Third holiday with VIP and as always an excellent week. Ed and Elliott! What more can we say. The food, service, and craic was excellent. They made our holiday. Hot tub and spa pool were great after a hard day on the slopes and the chalet is in a great location.

...meaning that the trip ends up looking expensive for what was actually delivered. Would I recommend to others? Cautiously yes, with caveats.

Excellent. Snow ordinary but everything else tops Elliot and Ed were superb hosts; polite, helpful, and masters in the kitchen!. Couldn't fault them. Suggestions: 1. More input from VIP boss to tidy up loose ends on arrival re ski school 2. Less quantity and more quality wine 3. More fresh fruit and veg

What a wonderful holiday at Bellevarde Savoie! We were looked after beautifully by George and Fergus whose enthusiasm was infectious from the moment we arrived. They are a true credit to VIP and we were lucky to have had them for the week...if only they could come home with us! The food was amazing, bursting with flavours and beautifully presented - clean plates all round every night and we have to admit we have taken many of the recipes home with us! The choice of house wine was excellent, and afternoon tea was devoured as soon as we arrived back to the chalet. The guys went out of their way to ensure that everything about our stay ran seamlessly and when something was asked of them they delivered immediately. They were always happy to help, smiley and sociable - and were also great with the children who loved them instantly. We simply can't recommend them highly enough, they have truly set the bar for all our future ski holidays! Rachael our nanny was wonderful. She immediately put us at ease when leaving the children in her care as she was both professional and kind natured so they all naturally warmed to her. She planned different daily activities for the toddlers and was fully a accommodating when we needed her to bring the children out to meet us for lunch. She also helped with the two older children when needed, and was happy to help out with anything we needed. We have to say that all the VIP staff were fantastic. From the ever helpful - and very patient! - drivers to the concierge staff and Will the chalet manager, we were very well looked after and the service overall was exceptional. The spa and pool complex was brilliant and well used by adults and the kids. Although the chalet and facilities were very good, and kept beautifully by Fergus and George, we must say that things seem to be a little tired - which we felt was not quite in keeping with the VIP ethos. How the lads produced the quality of catering they did is a credit to them. The lack of ventilation in the kitchen was a problem due to smoke and smells so things definitely need a revamp there. All in all a fantastic holiday that even a couple of white-outs couldn't put a dampener on. Thanks VIP and an enormous thanks to Fergus and George for being AWESOME.

We were lucky with the weather, which underpinned the holiday. Extremely well looked after by Jack and Alex in the chalet. Wholesome and delicious meals provided with style and panache; and every effort made to accommodate strange requests! The chalet itself was comfortable. One or two mechanical issues observed, and reported back to he chalet team. Concierge service also very helpful.

11/10. Well done VIP, once again. Big thank you to Alex and Jack for a great week.

despite a couple of days of no ski due to lift closures and poor weather, the VIP hosts in our chalet took great care of us and kept the mood high with good food and plenty of refreshments - Sofie and Andy are a great team and so thank you. 2nd time at the chalet and would recommend to anyone who has not stayed there. Flight times on the out bound and in bound flight were not to our liking as it meant getting up at 3am UK time at the bringing of the holiday and 4:15am French time on the return - VIP you need to sort this as everyone we spoke to whilst away felt the same. A regular VIP shuttle bus to and from the chalet would also be welcomed - the hill up to the Bellevarde Lodge in Ski boots at the end of the day was not pleasant and so please consider this service for future seasons.

Second time in this chalet. Same excellent service from top quality hosts Johnny and Annie. Everthing worked smoothly A few small details to work on. Wifi was extremely slow - much better last year. Also the path up to the piste is lethal - the most dangerous part of the day is getting in and out! Finally a request from our hosts - could you please get them an axe so that they can make kindling for the fire.

An excellent holiday for our large family group with various ages from 2 to 60 years old, the nanny service worked out extremely well for our toddler (especially that we arranged this upon arrival) the chalet staff where very accommodating and nothing was too much bother. Would happily return!!

- chalets is cosy, fresh, clean, comfortable, great view, great hot tub, service of Alex and Jack was great!, the food was healthy and original.

Jack and Alex were great. Excellent food and always extremely attentive and responsive to our requests. Gareth came by frequently to check on us and was also very responsive and kept everything in order. Chalet was generally good, though wifi sometimes a bit slow and it would be better to have a few bars of soap. But in general, everything was great, especially the staff.

Great location. Excellent food and hospitality. Great skiing conditions. Accommodation good but not great. Small bedrooms. Very limited toiletries, change of towels and bed linen. No sauna.

Lovely chalet, super staff. Taxi driver had no idea where to take us on arrival in Val d'isere, and there was no vip staff member to meet us. Nespresso machine was not of a good quality, and the capsules were not nespresso ( and not nice). There were no bins in the loos, which is pretty strange. However, the staff John, Annie and Barry have been exceptional, helpful and friendly, and all of the drivers and concierge have been exceptionally accommodating, receptive and went the extra mile to do anything they could to help out. Food was great and the staff were all lovely with the children.

Jack and Alex were awesome! Much better then Sophie and Andy! ;)

Comfortable accommodation. V good afternoon cakes and dinner and wines. Improvements over previous vip holidays included robinsons squash, and wine and beer available when wanted rather when the hosts started to serve canapés. Friendly, charming hosts. Only negative point was the bedside lights - one side of the master bed did not work for the first two nights and the other side did not work for the other nights

This was my 5th skiing holiday so far and VIP really fulfilled all expectations! We stayed in chalet savoir and Alex and jack were the best chalet hosts I've had so far! Nothing was too much and they really made our stay enjoyable. We will follow them wherever they may go and definitely will be using VIP again.

Amazing Alex and Jack, the chalet boys, could not do enough for us. Came as a big group of young professionals and everything was perfect for us...fun friendly and quite frankly fantastic. Will be back before next year

This was my third ski holiday and the service offered by VIP ski exceeded all my expectations. Our chalet hosts Alex and Jack were exceptional throughout and always went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as memorable as possible. We will definitely be back.

Amazing first time skiing experience. Alex and Jack were brilliant hosts and made it the best holiday. Nothing was too much and nothing was out of reach. Cannot recommend this chalet and these guys highly enough. I can't wait to come back!

Enjoyed from start to finish, hosts have been very attentive, Kate's cakes have gone down a treat !!! Enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, Chef Chris kept us fully nourished with great food, nice to relax with the hot tub after a lovely day on the slopes, altogether a great experience, thanks see you next year !!!!!!

Had a great time. Loved the resort and the chalet was great as were our hosts. Food was well cooked and well prepared. Suggestions for improvement: although I understand VIP is not responsible for the ski school, oxygen was booked through VIP and our hosts had limited knowledge about where to meet for ski school. Also, on hosts day off we weren't provided with enough basics, like milk for coffee and OJ. Otherwise a very awesome holiday.

Val D'isere was a perfect resort, the chalet is ski in / ski out and a great location. The food and wine was varied and really well prepared. Rufus, Mo and the calm Barry looked after us so well. The transfer was far from ideal, but that was the only down side to a wonderful week. The concierge service booked all the restaurants and helped with the doctors when needed.

Alex and Jack, our chalet hosts were welcoming and friendly from the moment of our arrival. They were helpful and flexible, cooking super meals and keeping us well supplied with wine and champagne. The morning and afternoon ski bus was useful and the afternoon cake delicious. The early morning tea in bed and the hot tub were real luxuries. 'Pamper Off Piste' came to the chalet to entice us to indulge in a range of treatments but failed to turn up for the appointment we made so I can't recommend them. Overall a good week, meeting our expectations.

The chalet hosts were attentive and caring throughout our stay. The food was of a high quality and breakfast was served promptly. The chalet met all our needs and even though the snow was not great we were able to have a full week's skiing. There was some confusion over the pick up of ski equipment from the hire shop, the shop would have picked up our skis but this we were not informed of so we returned the skiis with the help of a VIP driver. Overall our stay was an enjoyable one.

Good location even despite the lack of snow cover in resort. Alex and Jack were good chalet hosts working hard all week. Bellevarde lodges are spacious chalets with good size rooms and beds (relatively rare)

Layout of chalet is not conducive to privacy - particularly in the evenings. Staff were very friendly and likeable, but not always professional.

- very friendly hosts - mainly good quality food - nice bedroom - hot tub is very good - a few requests were not dealt with despite multiple requests (heated towel rail, squeaky doors) - smokey fat fills the whole chalet everyday - cleanliness issues in the kitchen

This was a holiday booked to celebrate a 60th birthday with our family and our oldest friends - the transfers were perfectly smooth and we had the most wonderful reception from our chalet hosts Ben and Javier with champagne and canapés. The chalet was perfectly located right on the slopes and the outdoor hot tub was the icing on the cake for all the tired legs! Ben and Javi were the perfect hosts - nothing was too much trouble for them and they even accommodated the late-morning risers for breakfast... They made us all feel extremely welcome and we were pleasantly surprised by their cooking and baking skills!!! The only constructive criticism we would have is that we think the chalets should have a clear name by the entrance to the front door - on two separate occasions during the week random strangers came into the chalet mistakenly thinking it was theirs, which was somewhat disconcerting - might have been more so if they'd come in late at night! All in all it was a fantastic holiday and we would certainly return to the Bellevarde Lodge (Savoie) and thank you very very much to Ben and Javi for making it such a fab time.

The chalet we stayed in was warm, welcoming and fun. the people that were put together worked very well together! the chalet girls were both super friendly and executed everything very well. My ongoing criticism with chalets is that the menus tend to try rather too hard with international fare etc when most people would love a simpler English hearty meal at the end of the day - and this was the same with VIP - but this is not the fault of the chalet girls who cooked everything well, kept the place spotless and were super friendly and helpful. Was a little annoying that our front door had an issue - I had to call from assistance as I could not get in one afternoon, and while I was let into the chalet (the gentlemen got in through the downstairs and let me in) the door wasn't actually fixed, but was diagnosed as "sticking", which meant others had the same problem later in the week. I also think as a tip the chalets could usse marking with names externally as early in the week it was quite hard to figure out which one was ours!But overall a very good trip thanks to the chalet staff

Lovely chalet great couple of chaps !!!! Nice hot tub good food . Kitchen bit basic needs updating ! Rooms small but cosy will be back and discount on next booking will go along away. Also 4 strangers profiles if picked were superb !!! Well done re food .re vegetarians not so sure .boot fitting in chalet would be nice touch ?? All in all very happy well done !!

Fantastic, comfortable chalet on piste side. Our hosts Danni and Katie couldn't have been more welcoming and nothing was too much trouble with the six children we had in tow. Food lovely and all needs more than adequately met. Good tips for skiing each day too. We did find the assistance offered by VIPSki transport within resort a little hesitant and rather disappointed that transfer to Bourg St Maurice, which apparently was offered, not available when needed to help transfer a mother of two to get to the hospital to assist her husband who'd been injured that day and transferred to the hospital in Bourg for surgery. She had a very expensive return taxi trip when perhaps alternative arrangements could have been made by VIP ski for what was a fairly distressing day for the family involved. Other than this minor aspect to the holiday, I can highly recommend VIP ski holidays. Good food, level of comfort and convenience- the transfer from chalet to ski hire shop with the skis and boots etc much appreciated and at the end of the holiday all the ski hire items are left in the boot room for the ski hire company to collect themselves. Looking forward to further ski holidays with VIP Ski.

Our hosts were welcoming and very accommodating. The cooking was timely, tasty and well presented. I do, however, like to comment on a small issue in that we didn't get daily newspapers which we did get last year. The chalet did look a little tired and the furniture may require some updating and modernisation.

Joe and Rich have been absolutely fantastic. They bounce off each other really we'll and have injected a fun environment into the house. The chalet is great and the food has been excellent

Thank you so much Ben and Javier for such an awesome week. First time skiing in 5 years and I was quite nervous but Ben and Javier's warm welcome and excellent hosting made it so much easier! They went beyond the call of duty and Javi does the best Iron Man impression (although that doesn't make him a superhero...).

Fantastic ski experience from the moment we were greeted with cake on arrival to the final bubbles and canapés. Ben and Javier were great hosts - the most fun chalet staff I've ever had!

Ben and Javier were the best chalet host. They were fun, caring and good cook. They helped out with all of our requests and made our stay much more enjoyable. The chalet was vey nice and clean and it was convenient because it was close to slopes. Also outdoor hot tub was amazing. Overall the VIP service was flawless. Thanks for making my trip amazing!

Ben and Javier were great hosts in my opinion. Not only they were entertaining but also great cooks. They have helped us with any queries that we had and I believe they have very good social skills. The afternoon cakes were always very tasty:)

This was a much anticipated holiday and it's been a great week. Ben and Javier have been great hosts, as well as the rest of the team with Faye as chalet manager. There were some really nice touches like: water and snacks on the bus, luggage brought to the room, wake up drink, the VIP ski van lifts. In terms of future points for improvement which would in an ideal world be great to have: Canapés and fizz every day rather than just first and last day (this has been provided by other chalets I've stayed at which were less expensive than this one) Somewhere to dry swimming trunks after using the hot tub eg one of those shower lines More fresh fruit at breakfast More vegetables at dinner Lighting very dim in the living room Ben and Javier have been great as well, extremely accommodating and always happy to help out. The meals were also excellent. Faye was also rally friendly and helpful.

A week in Val d'Isere just isn't enough! The chalet couldn't be more perfect, the location is fantastic just a stones throw from the piste. The best part of the day being the freshly cooked cakes to enjoy after a long day skiing. And it goes without saying our two chalet hosts Ben and Javier made our holiday memorable.. Both being very professional and great at what they do!

Leaving for home today after a brilliant stay with VIP. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The food and beverage choice was varied and good quality. Great location allows ski in & out and easy access to the centre of Va D'Isere.

We have had the BEST 2 weeks ski holiday in val. Our hosts Rich and Joe were amazing!! Such fantastic hosts and brilliant with our kids. We honestly couldn't have asked for better. Claire our nanny was equally fantastic. She became part of our family and our 2 girls loved her for it.

Excellent holiday with two extremely professional chalet hosts who provided everything we could wish for and more. The food was to a superb standard every morning for breakfast and in the evening for dinner. The ease of access to the slopes makes the whole experience easy and stress free. All in all a quality week and I wish we don't have to leave !

Excellent location for the ski lifts and town centre. Accommodation very good. Chalet staff charming, helpful and committed. Food of a high standard.

The accommodation was excellent. Our hosts were very friendly and provided us with all our needs. The food was amazing. We had a really relaxing time in the chalet and wonderful skiing from the chalet. Would definitely recommend it to friends. Thank you for a great holiday with lots of fun memories. The diet starts tomorrow !

We ware very happy in the beauiful and comfortable chalet "chablis" whith our kindly hostes Lisa end Dominique. The food and beverage were really délicious . However the spot light in the chalet was a beet low and the banches were uncomfortable and chairs wood have been better.

Our chalet hosts Javier and Ben made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and nothing was too much trouble. Our nannies Ally and Claire were amazing with the 6 children enabling us to fully enjoy our holiday. Jack our driver knew all the children's names from day one truly impressive!! Thank you to everyone!!

Had a lovely break. Chalet was good, location great, chalet hosts great, food fantastic. The hosts were very personable and fun and absolutely great with our children. Overall our impression was very good. However, A few details need improving - shuttle service from rond point just didn't seem to happen which was very disappointing, hosts ran out of milk on 2 occasions and toilet roll. The bedrooms were very hot and we had to sleep with windows open. Onlythe poor shuttle service was a big enough problem to make us think twice about using VIP again. We have 2 young children and carrying skis etc makes a reliable shuttle service important to us, and this means that I have said that VIP didn't deliver the service promised. My husband took this up with the resort manager Fay at the time.

Uncomfortably hot chalet. Very commendable chalet staff serving great food. Breakfast options a bit limited but good and wholesome. Resort rep was practically invisible but this did not matter to me but thought you should know. Excellent access to slope versus distance to town. Christmas week spent in a chalet was a new and nice experience. Quite high precipitation levels meant only one really good skiing day. Personally I found val good but not as great as all the hype. Have been in much better resorts in France and Italy. Skiing options limited for the poorer skiers in the group. Perhaps I would have a different view if I staid in a different village in the valley. Pick up going home is stupidly early. For a premium rate chalet I would expect a better service. Not impressed!

Overall very enjoyable week. Chalet is comfortable and well appointed. Our hosts were friendly and keen to please and did a great job on Xmas dinner and the evening meals. I did get the sense that being early in the season some things were still being perfected. E.g the driver pick up service wasn't well explained and seemed to have people waiting for quite a while. Also in the chalet we ran out of milk for afternoon tea and eggs for one breakfast before each was found at neighbouring chalets. Just a few areas where a bit more attention to detail would have made a good holiday outstanding. A bit more being offered than needing to be asked for. Suggestions: Provide a handful of restaurant recommendations with a synopsis for each. Piste maps given with ski passes. Make pick up service clearer and/or longer/more extensive. As a whole though a very enjoyable week. I couldn't fault the food quality, in fact the desserts were possibly over flamboyant for a chalet, I would have settled for crumble with custard. The hosts were clearly focused on getting the dishes spot on. Hot tub was awesome after a hard day's ski and everyone on VIP staff was friendly and chatty. I would do VIP again but might wait for mid-late season rather than the first few weeks of the season.

Great location, good chalet. Compared to previous stays, the food and the service was disappointing. Quality of food and service was noticeably lower than in previous years and is now, we felt, out of step with other comparable chalets in the resort. The overall quality did not justify the cost. We would think carefully before booking again and would probably no longer be our first choice.

As usual the quality of accomodation, food and staff were all excellent. One minor criticism would be that the menu has been similar for the past three years and it would be nice for returning customers to see more variety. On a selfish note I would welcome child free transfers having sat next to a screaming 3 year old on the coach and then again on the plane!

We were all well cared for. When we had a problem ie an injured party member the resort staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. I have travelled with many tour companies before and VIP are amongst the best
