We had a 2nd Family holiday at No 8 and just love it. Accommodation and facilities are perfect for a large extended family with a big age range. Your Team looked after us fantastically, flexing their approach to fit our needs. They worked hard and made every effort possible to make us comfortable. Plus, genuine, welcoming and fun.

This is a fabulous chalet with the most amazing and friendly staff. Pool lovely, spa nice after a day on the mountain. Food amazing !! Would return 100% :))

We have just had the most amazing week - despite less than champagne snow conditions!! And that was because we had a fabulous chalet to relax in - we LOVED the sauna and wellness area … perfect for post snow day ski to warm up and relax aching bodies. Great fun for our teenage boys in the pool. That chalet was very clean & always tidy…. Which was hugely appreciated. A big shout out to Jack (& other drivers!) who would pick us up with patience after fun afternoons in the FOLIE! Massive shout outs to our wonderful chalet crew - amazing Paul & Spike in the kitchen who served up delicious meals night after night & very naughty but nice afternoon tea! A special thank you for making Will’s gluten free meals so good! (He would have loved seconds!!!) And to Hannah, Ellie, Ella, Will & Ollie - a HUGE thank you for making our stay so relaxing and easy & for catering to our every whim…. Thank you! We will be back! X

Couldn’t fault a thing….its been a wonderful week and we’ve all very much enjoyed the chalet, especially the Wellness centre. The team who have looked after us from VIP are a credit to them with special thanks to Ella and Ellie.

We were thoroughly impressed with all the staff at VIP Ski from booking managing our endless requests, to the chef and chalet hosts serving us brilliant food and wine. We have used many ski holiday companies, but VIP Ski was by far the best so far. No 8 Bellevarde is a brilliant chalet and was great for our kids as well as for adults. The location was great. We will be returning again soon.

We can say that we had the best holiday! We had an amazing time but the staff in the chalet definitely made our stay, they were all fantastic and helped us with whatever we needed. Ella, Ellie, Will, Jasper and Paul were all great for the week! From being there first thing to say good morning to making sure we were sorted for a nice evening in the chalet after dinner and even being our photographers, they have been amazing and we couldn’t have asked for nicer, friendlier or better people to spend the week with and help us with even the little tasks! This chalet is such a wonderful experience. Living space is plentiful, spa is a luxury, bedrooms well thought out and very comfortable. Location is excellent and we were blessed with good snow and sunshine too. But the big call out goes for the Ski VIP team. From Jess who helped during booking, to Hannah who made sure everything is as requested and always on hand to help, to the amazing chef Bradly and his sous Paul, and the lovely Ella, Ellie and Will. You all made us so welcome, so relaxed, so happy that we cannot thank you enough. Final call out for the concierge team and drivers….thank you.

Can't fault VIP Ski. Staff excellent, Chalet smart, warm and comfortable. Food excellent. The VIP staff attitude is nothing is too much trouble which makes it an easy holiday. The driver service is brilliant.

Our chalet hosts were fantastic, as was the food and the chalet itself. It was great there was a choice of meal. The team were very friendly and processional in their approach. I would definitely rebook this chalet in future. Some minor points - It would be helpful to have water bottles in the room and also the pool could have been a bit warmer.

Everyone at VIP ski helped make our first ski trip amazing! The accommodation was lovely, meticulously clean and had everything we needed. The concierge service was amazing at helping us get around the resort, grab our equipment and book some (much needed!) ski/snowboard lessons. Would definitely recommend - thanks everyone!

From the moment we arrived I felt at home, a warm greeting and nothing was too much trouble. The chalet is lovely, well set up, clean and comfortable. The spa is a stunning luxury after some clumsy crashing on the slopes. I can't rave enough about the food. Get Bradley to make you his pea soup! Our hosts Ella and Ellie are brilliant. Warm, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure to spend Christmas with them and the stay would not have been as good without them. Same goes for Brad and Paul in the kitchen, excellent food. VIP ski as a whole made our stay perfect even down to carol singers on Christmas Eve! Jake and Oli who covered days off also deserve a mention. I suspect we will be back!

This Chalet is fabulous, great position on the edge of town & the wellness centre the perfect place for a steam/sauna before a delicious meal (think I’ve added a few kilos, loved it). From the moment you arrive you’re made to feel at home, you have a stellar team be they the drivers, catering or chalet staff. I must add a very special thank you to our main team, Ella, Ellie, Bradley & Paul - thoughtful, engaging, talented & fun - a credit to your business. Incredible experience, I’d say faultless stay in Val d’Isere with a group of friends (4 families). Our chalet hosts could not do enough to accommodate us and our every request. Incredible food, which I really was not expecting to be at that level. The chalet itself is luxurious and the perfect place to relax after a day skiing. Particular mentions have to go to our core team of hosts Ella, Ellie, Bradley, Paul and Jacob. Thanks for making this such a special stay.

This was the best trip! We were really looked after and the food and wine was sensational. Service impeccable and Laura, Ellie, Ollie, Ella and the rest of the team were a delight.

From start to finish the holiday was 5 star. The service in the Chalet was outstanding. Food exceptional and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They were like being around friends! Phoebe was on hand whenever we needed and organised everything we requested. The boys in the vans were so helpful and the service was there whenever we requested. The only issue we had was there was no skis organised for us when we arrived. This was a little disappointing as a little stressful and not the best start. However they sorted it out very quickly. We will be back next year for sure!!

What a tip top holiday!! The chalet was absolutely top notch, the team were incredible, nothing was too much trouble, the food was excellent!! What a fab week me and the kids have had!!! A hot tub would have made this 11/10!! But that's just being uber picky. Everything else was incredible

The chalet is awesome but the staff (Libby, Lottie, Chloe, Robyn and Josh) were outstanding in all aspects. Genuinely exceptional. Many thanks to them for their hard work. Hope we weren’t too difficult as guests. One bit of constructive feedback is that there should be more than one driver between 11 and 4 (especially when the weather is bad) or guests should be told to get a bus back from La Daille or Fornet and then driven from Rond Point for example. This might help avoid delays when the weather is bad especially.

Had such a fantastic time in the beautiful chalet with incredible mountain and river views from each bedroom and the living area. The central fire pit and pitched ceiling all add to the alpine feel. Going to miss the vip hosts and cooks a lot!! (Libby, Lottie, Chloe, Josh and Robyn). Thank you for looking after us all so well xx

Lovely chalet and amazing hosts. Felt very welcome on arrival and have been looked after all through the week by Chloe, Libby and Lottie. The food was also excellent, so big respect to Robyn and Josh. Very sad to be leaving, lots of memories made.

From welcome to departure the staff at VIP could not have done more to ensure a memorable stay. Special thanks to Robyn, Josh, Lucy, Chloe and Libby

Overall we had a really positive experience with VIP. Staff were generally polite, efficient and attentive. In the chalet we felt there could have been a little more attention from the staff. Explanations of sauna and steam room use were not openly given and had to be asked by the guests, along with access codes and door access cards. At times there seemed to be a never ending turmoil of different staff coming and going slightly giving a less than relaxing experience. At breakfast, for example, there was a trend of staff appearing to take advantage of a free breakfast, taking away the feeling of a luxury holiday for the guests. At one point I had to as for the pastry basket to be returned as the guests had not even had a chance to eat form this. The food in the evenings was excellent, though there was a feeling of rushing the dinning experience in order for the staff to finish early. A great holiday overall, with areas for improvement given the price charged and level of chalet.

So the Chalet looks amazing and is amazing, just it does in the pictures. Grand living area, wonderful fireplace, comfortable sofas and dining. Bedrooms are generously sized and comfortable and the spa / pool area is great with the sauna and hamman heating quickly. Better still the VIP-SKI on-site crew make it perfect from luggage handling to ski rental to random requests to shuttle service. And the specific Chalet team, the food, great breakfasts, afternoon tea and dinners. Friendly presence without being intrusive, positive service centric attitude and great at suggesting the best apres, evening entertainment and importantly when to be where in the evening, knowing when to be at each of the bars and clubs in town, when they are lively and when they are empty.

The chalet was beautiful and comfortable. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and extremely responsive when we asked for anything. Fantastic breakfasts and dinners.

Title above says it all (Absolutely fantastic and better than we could have even hoped it to be!). We stayed in No. 8 Club Bellevarde as a mixed group of 14 and everyone had an absolutely amazing time and were incredibly well looked after by a wonderful team of lovely staff on the ground. Thank you so much and we would absolutely recommend both VIP Ski and the chalet we stayed in to anyone considering a similar trip!

On arrival we were really impressed to find large spacious bedrooms, a comfortable lounge area and super friendly chalet staff. The food was delicious and afternoon tea a welcome treat on a daily basis! Overall the trip was great with great friends however there were a few things that we felt didn’t quite live up to the normal VIP standard. Reasons for this included no / low amenities in the bathroom and when asking for a shower cap twice no response was received. Waiting for a driver for more than 30m numerous times throughout the week. Being asked if we wanted our beds made at 9am - leaving the chalet at 10am meant our beds were left unmade twice during the week. The quality of skis from Oxygene were below average and mine had to be returned after day 1 due to damage on the skis (I hadn’t seen this when being measured as only received one ski). Overall we loved the trip and won’t hesitate to come back again next year, however we hope that the feedback shared above Can help to improve future guests experiences.

Food was consistently excellent. All staff friendly and couldn't do enough. Looking for improvements, duvet was too thick so thinner option would've been great. An extra game or two. Not sure what happened with the bookings but transfer information was wrong for many people.

Great chalet, fantastic location and staff have been very welcoming. Ellie and Will have been great in the kitchen and the food was excellent.

We had a super time. Great chalet and Emma, Jo and Holly (the VIP ski team) were top drawer. We were totally looked after, including throwing a birthday party for one of the younger members of our group. Definitely returning!

We’ve booked with VIP for many years and our group holiday to no7 and no8 Bellevarde was exceptional. The new chalets are exquisite and nothing was too much trouble for the veritable army of amazing people (Emma, Jo, Will, Miles etc to name but a few!) we had to look after our group of 14 adults and 15 children. James’ food is divine and the best we’ve ever had on a chalet holiday. His Indian and Asian-inspired banquets were incredible! Special shout out to Paddy too who we all loved :-) Megan, Lola and Steph, as our nannies for the week, were absolutely brilliant fun and organised lots of activities for our children after ski lessons. The birthday party and visits to the snow park at the top of Solaise being particular highlights. With a few days of fresh snow before we arrived and then a week of glorious sunshine, we couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks again VIP - you make it so easy to organise a group ski holiday. We’ll be back. See you next year!

What a wonderful experience! The chalet staff couldn’t do enough for us and we’re so friendly and accommodating. The chalet was lovely although it was having a couple of issues with it being a new chalet for this season. The only ‘teething problems’ for the chalet was the pool was too cold (could do with being about 30 degrees) and the bedrooms too hot, and unfortunately the thermostats in all the rooms were not working. But the chalet itself is lovely and a great place for kids.

From the moment we arrived at No 8 Club Bellevardeour holiday became so much more than just about Skiing. We were blown away by the design, standard & spaciousness of this amazing chalet & our personal bedroom/ bathroom area was superb....which i hasten to add was kept immaculately clean by the staff throughout or stay. To wake up to such a stunning view every morning was a joy & to end our day knowing we could relax in either the sauna or steam room before a swim was just perfect. it also allowed breathing space between a slice of the beautiful cakes served each afternoon & the pre dinner canapes with our friends which along with the lit log fire were the most fabulous way to start each evening . We found all of the chalet staff a pleasure to get to know throughout the week, their professional but extremely warm & friendly manors were the added touch that made this ski holiday exceed our expectations of the words VIP. It was obvious from day one that Head chef Frankie set the bar high with her culinary standards & along with her team she did not disappoint!! So it is with High praise that we thank Frankie, Kate, Emma, Rachel, Grant & Steph for making our holiday truly special & reigniting our love to Ski

A fabulous chalet - luxurious but homely The food was exceptional, homemade cakes apres ski - a wide variety of canapes pre dinner then wonderful dinners each night. The hospitality - so warm and friendly. Frankie and her team certainly went above and beyond to make us feel truly pampered. Just want to do it all over again!!!

You know when you have had a really great holiday, its when the time seems to go so quickly and you look back at all the pictures of the things you did. What a great week. We were a large group and stayed at No 8 Bellevarde. A fabulous newly built Chalet in a great location, just a few steps and your were skiing down to the main lifts. It had everything you could need for a great holiday, from the superb quality of the accomodation to the fabulous enthusitic staff, who did not fail to impress us with their attention to detail and making sure we were all looked after. The food was fantastic, cooked by Frankie Hudson and her colleagues. From Cakes when we got back to the Chalet after skiing, that were amazing which included a Birthday cake that I shared with Elaine as we have the same Birthday, to Steak Tatare, Pork Belly & Tart Tatin ... I could go on. The staff you have at the Chalet were excellent and a credit to your company. Its certainly hard work no doubt, but they were always happy and helpful at all times. A throroughly enjoyable experience with a great group of people, one we hope to repeat. I am now being picky... a better sound system in the Chalet, I would have thought it would be included with such a high end Chalet & the concierge pick up service was a little hit and miss.. small details I know...

The chalet was fabulous, the service from Frankie, Kate, Emma, Rachel, Grant and Steph was excellent from the moment we arrived until the minute we left, we left truly special! This was one of the best ski trips I’ve ever experienced! Thank you! A couple of small comments that could improve the experience even more; 1, need more hooks in the rooms to hang ski gear after a hard day 2, the steps upto and down from tbe slopes were not cleared at the top and were difficult to climb up and down and even a little dangerous at times. Easy the clear and arrange!

We’ve been skiing in France several times but never experienced anything like we did this last week. The whole holiday from beginning to end was truly spectacular! Such amazing VIP service from collection at the airport, throughout our stay and the return to Geneva a week later. The chalet is stunning in every way. The food simply breathtakingly served and completely delicious. Nothing like the food we’ve had before in previous Chalets. Frankie and the team were awesome, always happy and smiling despite working so very hard. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them to ensure we all had a first class experience. Big shout out to Frankie, Kate, Emma, Rachel, Grant & Steph. We will be back!

Words are simply not enough to describe how fabulous our ski holiday was in Club Chalet No 8 Bellevarde, Val d’Isere. From the moment we arrived to the morning we left we were treated like royalty, true VIPs. The chalet is honestly incredible, so spacious and clean and with a pool, sauna and steam room to use after a hard day skiing it ticks every single box. Every single member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay such a memorable one. The food is incredible and worthy of a Michelin star in my eyes, and the team are so friendly and professional, they are an absolute credit to VIP. Head Chef Frankie created the most amazing culinary delights night after night with her fabulous sous chef Kate by her side and her dream team Emma, Rachel and Grant. They worked tirelessly together and made our stay so special. Steph the chalet manager was so lovely too and very attentive and helpful. We were able to ski every day and were blessed with sunshine too. All in all it was our best ski holiday ever and we will definitely be back. VIP are simply the best. Thank you and see you next year! We have stayed in some wonderful chalets over the years. But Club 8 Club Bellevarde is above and beyond anything we have experienced. The luxury is evident from the photos (which don’t deceive). But what a website cannot convey is the warm welcome, attention to detail and guest experience. Chalet hosts were simply AWESOME! Super respectful but also great fun. Nothing was too much trouble. Frankie is the head chef and her food was amazing. Working with Steph, Kate, Emma, Rachel and Grant - they took care of us from dawn to the early hours. Thanks VIP ski. It’s was a holiday to remember. We will be back!

We’ve just come back from an Excellent ski trip with a bunch of friends old and new. No 8 Club Bellevarde is stunning. The accommodation is stylish and was kept immaculately clean by the team. Frankie our chef and her talented crew Kate, Emma, Grant and Steph looked after us wonderfully. All food was delicious and beautifully presented, accompanied by extensive wines. The VIP ski choice was the best and the Concierge service excellent. We’d definitely choose VIP Ski again.

The chalet was brilliant. Lovely big rooms, a brilliant living area, and a really great pool and steam room. The driver service was really helpful. The nannies we had (Megan and Alex) were incredible and the 4 children had brilliant time. It really made the holiday fun and relaxing for all. Finally our core chalet staff (Emma, Rachel, Grant, Frankie and co) were excellent. All the food was great and they couldn’t have been any nicer or more helpful. Absolutely first class all the way.

Overall we had a wonderful time on our first trip with VIP Ski. Emma and her team were friendly, professional and always very helpful. They are a great team. The food and service was excellent. The new chalet was welcoming, spacious and always spotlessly clean. A few specific points: 1. The transfer from GVA to VAL D'ISÈRE on our arrival date was a bit disappointing and frustrating. We arrived ahead of our 3:30pm scheduled bus departure, to be told that our bus will be a bit delayed as they were still waiting for some other guests to arrive. Ultimately, we left GVA at 5:30pm (2h delayed!) and arrived late for dinner at the chalet. There we learnt that other guests in our chalet were also booked on the 3:30pm bus and indeed left GVA shortly thereafter. We don't understand (but would like to!) why we were put on a much later bus without any good explanation. Unfortunately, this started our trip not on the best tone. However, it was only upwards from there. 2. The left bedside light in Room 7 is broken 3. One of the ceiling spotlights in Room 7 is broken. 4. One of the ceiling lights in the steam room is broken. 5. While the chalet team was very accommodating in offering to make restaurant reservations, it would be even better if they had a number of restaurants (maybe even their menus) which they can recommend. 6. Here is a suggestion: Post the next day's local weather forecast (French Meteorological Service) in the chalet at the end of each day. 7. You need to fix the thermostats in the rooms. We were told the thermostat in our room actually controls the heat in a different room. 8. The team could do a better job pointing out (on a map) to guests where they can get picked up at the end of the day. Just providing the concierge number isn't enough, as it leaves the guests having to coordinate with the concierge over the phone where the pick up spot is. 9. Please keep the Sunday-to-Sunday schedule, and do NOT switch it to Saturday-to-Saturday (as most of the resort does) as this provides your guests to ski on the relatively empty Saturday slopes. Best day of the week to Ski in Val. Thank you for a great holiday. We had a wonderful time and will certainly consider VIP Ski in the future. Best, Paulus

An amazing chalet, spacious light bedrooms with great views, beautiful lounge/eating area, clean and contemporary. Very near slopes and all facilities, loved the pool and sauna after skiing every day. The staff, especially Frankie, Emma, Rachel and Kate were amazing! Wonderful delicious food every day, Best carrot cake ever! They were so kind, friendly, helpful and the whole VIP team a pleasure to deal with! Thankyou, we’ll be back!!

From the minute we arrived everything was perfect. The chalet was outstanding, absolutely everything that we required for our stay and more! The food was superbly cooked by Frankie and Kate and was the best we have had on a ski holiday. The variety on the menu and the quality of cooking was excellent. Emma, Rachael and Grant were excellent at looking after us. We travelled as a large family - 17 of us in total including 8 children and nothing phased them, they were so patient with the little ones and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for our stay, we will be returning.

We stayed at No 8 CLUB Bellevarde only a few weeks ago and I can truly say it was one of the most amazing holidays I have been on. The chalet was incredible with so much space, beautifully set out and in a great location. The staff were fantastic, nothing was a problem and they were always there making sure we had everything we could possibly want or need. They always had a smile on their face and Emma even sourced a replacement phone and then skied over to Tignes in her spare time to pick it up for me. All of the staff we encountered need a mention, Emma, Holly, Amber, Harry, Rachel, the 3 ladies who cooked the most amazing food for us (sorry I've forgotten everyone's names). Harriet, Megan and apologies if I have missed anyone but everyone we met who helped out in any way that week, thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had the most incredible week at this beautiful chalet, made even more special by the outstanding service from all of the VIP staff. Nothing was too much trouble, lots of friendly faces there to offer help, and the food was simply amazing. The chalet itself is beautiful and welcoming, lots of space for everyone with no pokey little bedrooms at all, and the pool area is exceptionally good. Bar a few little snagging issues (completely expected in a new property), the only negative we can think of is that the area to put your ski boots on is far too small for such a large chalet, apart from that everything else was phenomenal. Wish we were back there now!

Amazing new chalet with lovely chalet hosts who were always smiling, kind and helpful. Frankie the chef was so talented and she was a lovely person to have around as were all of our chalet team. The downsides were all related to the rigidity of the sales team/senior managers and concierge team who just really just didn’t seem that helpful. Basic things that make a really big difference when your staying in this kind of luxury place such as: Refusing to pick us up from le fornet even on days when the lifts were closed stopping us from getting back. This meant the busses were a busy nightmare to try and get back to the chalet. In general, I think the pick ups should be from all of the locations around the resort (it’s really easy in Val to get stuck away from ronde pointe, especially for less experienced skiers and it was just a pain getting all the buses, totally defeats the point when you’ll only come to get us from the one place where getting the bus is actually really easy!). Also, just the little things like being more flexible and helpful with changing plans: We wanted to extend our stay but the sales team only offered us the same deal as our holiday despite already being here, no wiggle room for a good last minute deal… Also, we were told that transfers to Geneva were included in the holiday price and yet we almost had to pay for a private transfer on the way out as they don’t match the flight times from the uk (eventually got the team to organise this for us but it was a bit of a fight) and then when we decided to stay in the area and not take our transfer home, we had to pay for a €50 taxi to take us literally down the road to tignes even though the transfers were driving right past…. It all seems like small things but it ends up feeling like everything is a ‘computer says no’ response which isn’t really the attitude you want from such a ‘VIP’ feel to a holiday. Apart from this the whole thing was wonderful and if those things were addressed then we would certainly be back.

We have stayed with VIP 11 times and were so glad to hear they were back in business! Club 8 chalet was brand new and incredibly comfortable and luxurious. The food was fantastic and the chalet hosts warm and inviting. The chalet is a little inconvenient to the piste- you are dependant on the VIP bus or blue line local bus which is a bit of a pain - especially if you have kids with you but to be honest wouldn’t stop me staying again (with my 4 and 8 year old). The swimming pool in the chalet was also a lovely touch and the kids used it daily. The bunk bed room (3) was large and really good to have the option of having the kids in with us. Thanks for another great stay- we will be back!! Ps We were happy to see you have moved away from single use toiletries but wondered if your affiliation with Aromatherapy Associates might come back? I missed the little touch of luxury! Also the after dinner Benedict chocolate mints!

What a week! Staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful, from pick ups at the end of the days skiing to arranging massages! The chefs produced culinary masterpieces each and every day, accommodation was out of this world. I don’t think there are any words to do the experience proper justice. Definitely something to repeat in the future! Thanks to all :)

We absolutely loved our stay at the chalet. It was really made by the fantastic chalet team - Emma, Rachel, Holly, Harry and Amber who looked after us brilliantly and went above and beyond in everything they did. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for any of them. They were so patient and kind to all six of the children in our group as well, and made us all feel at home from the instant we walked in the door. The chefs Frankie, Lucy and Kate created the most delicious top notch food - all the meals, cakes and canapés were truly sublime! Both the adults and childrens' menu were perfect - varied and well thought out for the entire week. We were very lucky to have Megan, Sammy and Jess help with childcare over lunchtimes and again they were just fantastic - the kids had so much fun and were incredibly well looked after - including getting suited and booted and back out to meet us on the slopes - second to none service from them all. I have to also thank Harriet, Steph and Jilly for sorting out the issues with Oxygene Lunch Club - they were amazing and so quick to sort things out for us which meant the children were much happier and importantly well fed. Happy children means much more relaxed and happy parents!! It would be something I would really hope VIP ski would consider in the future as a service they could offer even as part of the platinum package or as an optional extra - collection from ski school, lunch and childcare in the chalet from 12-2. We would certainly use this having had this in previous chalets we have booked. The only downside for us was an unfortunate incident on the day after we arrived where a very heavy bathroom shelf fell landing on our 8 year old daughters foot resulting in a probable broken left great toe. ( I say probable as I'm certain it is broken but she hasn't had an XR to confirm - I am a Dr with several years experience working in A&E) We haven't been able to quite work out how this happened as two of the children were in the bathroom at the time and both say neither of them touched the shelf, but were putting something in the bin which was just beside/underneath it. However if the shelf had been properly secured to the wall as opposed to just sitting on the 4 shelf height pins this incident would not have occurred and she would have had a much better weeks skiing. We did discuss this with Jilly who said she was going to discuss this further with the operations manager but we haven't had any feedback as yet. Again when this incident happened Emma was brilliant and so kind - giving Morven a bar of Crunch chocolate which certainly helped to put a smile back on her face. The maintenance team did come in that evening after Emma contacted them - ( she was very efficient and quick to try and rectify things for us) and they were going to try and fix the shelves the next day but this did not happen - I'm not sure the reason for this or if they planned to do it once we had vacated the chalet. The chalet itself was beautiful and having the pool with all the children was brilliant at the end of the day to "relax" after a hard days skiing. The sauna and steam room were also fab. The bedrooms were all brilliantly spacious and loads of storage space with beautiful en-suites throughout. We were in room 6 where the thermostat was not working - the maintenance team again came to look at this on the day after our arrival (at the same time as the shelf) but it was not fixed before we left. The room was roasting hot and we had to sleep with the door open to try and cool it down. I'm not sure if this is just because this room is above the sauna/steam room or because its next to the plant room but it was uncomfortably hot at times and something definitely worth having sorted for future guests. We were happy to cope by opening the door etc but others may be less willing/happy to do this especially if like us they were paying the extra for the platinum service. Everyone of the VIP team we met was amazing and you obviously have very high standards for your employee selection as they were all amazing and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend VIP to anyone and would be definitely looking to return again. I would however appreciate comment from the operations manager in relation to the shelf incident and am happy to be contacted directly by email or phone using the details on this form.

Having never stayed in a catered chalet before I didn’t know what to expect, yet the staff at our chalet absolutely went over and beyond every expectation of mine. Travelling for the first time and skiing with our 2 year old, they literally couldn’t have helped us more when it came to meals, silly questions, sorting a pram and sledge for us etc. They were all so kind and friendly and I genuinely loved having them around. They literally made our trip so much better knowing their friendly faces would be there when I was the first one up with my daughter in the mornings, and first one back. The chalet was stunning too and I feel so sad to leaving such a special place and people. Thank you. Esther

Thank you all for a fabulous stay. The chalet team was superb and very friendly, ready to please. The food was 5 stars, so we all will start a diet tomorrow. It was some small electrical problem, but it got sorted out:). Thank you very much for a great week.

We had a Wonderful time! The straff was super friendly and went beyond our expectaions! The food was wonderful, and we never went hungry!
