The Manoir

A last minute accommodation change meant we were staying in Le Manoir and how lucky were we!! It was incredible. The house is beautiful, really luxurious and carefully considered throughout. Lots of space and plenty to do. The hosts were amazing!! We had Poppy, Bea, Fynn and Sophie waiting on us hand and foot. They cooked delicious meals and really put so much effort into making Christmas extra special for the kids, things like moving the elf every night and creating special treats for them. We enjoyed the outside hot tub after a day of skiing and really felt looked after by the hosts and Ollie who helped us with equipment and transport. I’d highly recommended VIP Ski and specifically Le Manoir, it would be even better if we came back with another couple of families as it sleeps 16.

My first time with VIP Ski and definitely not the last... Myself, my partner and 2 friends booked a week at The Manoir in January where we were hosted by 3 fantastic individuals. Henry, Georgia & Eleanor were the reason why this trip was so memorable with their down to earth approach and constant attentiveness. They went far and wide to accommodate our requests. Credit to the whole team, the trip would have been nothing without these guys! I would also like to take a moment to mention Eleanor's cooking, and the daily baking - WOW. The chalet is stunning, with amazing views overlooking Morzine (Room 1). Transfers were smooth to and from the chalet. We were slightly apprehensive about sharing a chalet with other guests, but we were lucky to have met friends for life. A great experience and can't wait for next time! If this was my first VIP Ski experience, then sky's the limit!

Beautiful Chalet, exceptionally clean and well mantained by our VIP hosts who really did a fantastic job of making us feel welcome and basically tending to our every need with a smile, delicious food and plenty of wine ! 10/10 to Henry, Georgia and Eleanor for their service from start to finsh.

The chalet is absolutely incredible. Modern, comfortable and homely. Its been very handy with all the entertainment options for our children and the hot tub is just whats required after a hard days skiing. (Although extra towels for this would be appreciated) The food has been amazing all week along with the fantastic hosts making it the perfect place to stay. Im certain we had the best chalet and hosts in Morzine. Thank you Henry, Georgia and Ellie.

We've had a fantatic family Christmas at The Manoir and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to our family and friends. Henry, Eleanor, James and Georgia have looked after us brilliantly all week. The chalet is spotless, food great and nothing seems too much trouble. A particularly special thank you goes to our nanny Miriam who looked after our two young girls wonderfully all week. We're already planning our next visit!

Stunning property, more luxury country house than traditional ski chalet. Great team from the initial booking experience to the airport reception, and the chalet hosts were exceptional. Christmas was made special for our children and nothing too much trouble. We were blessed with both fresh snow and sunshine too! Well done VIP, we'll be back. PS. Hard to find any negatives...... The hot tub lid is hard work!

Just had a great week at the Manoir. Henry, Georgia and Eleanor have been fabulous hosts and made our first experience with VIP ski one to remember. The food has also been exceptional. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definately be visiting again.

Fantastic chateau, sympathetically and stylishly refurbished. Stuch a lovely team working the 19/20 season who made us feel at home the minute we arrived and ciuld not do enough for is during out stay. Jess the nanny was absolutly fantastic with our son leo. As always VIP you have provided a fantastic holiday and we cant wait to return for our 10th break with you jan in Val.

Le Manoir is a fantastic place to stay- plenty of space, well-furnished and clean. The games room and hot tub are womderful finishing touches too. Our hosts (Josh, Imogen and Will) were friendly, professional and efficient. They adapted well to our group's needs. Special thanks to Imogen for all the delicious food! The girls really enjoyed making pizza and decorating cupcakes. It really is a special place and has a lovely homely feel about it when you return from the slopes. Thank you!

Impressed with the meal quality and presentation, afternoon cake and tea after ski was absolutely outstanding. Very nice chalet hosts cant wait for next year.

Very impressed with le manoir, great chalet hosts and company, would happily recommend this to all considering booking with vip ski. We have an 18m old and the chalet hosts could not have been more helpful.

Who needs aprês-ski when you have your own private hot tub, a view of the valley, and a team of personable staff from VIP chalets? The most relaxing and well organised alpine chalet experience you could wish for...

Imogen, will and josh have looked after us all so amazingly! We would love to return but only if they are here! They were literally the best hosts we have ever experienced and they were so caring and friendly to the kids. The chalet was really beautiful and kept so clean and tidy during our stay. The food was all delicious and the kids also ate better than they do at home! Anything we asked they sorted and were extremely helpful. Our kids loved all of them. Phil, was an absolute star and handled the logistics amazingly. Annie was the best nanny we have had and we wish we could take her home with us! The kids cried when she left. She was like mary poppins! VIP are lucky to have Annie, Imogen, Josh, will and Phil!

We had a fabulous week split between Altitude Lodge in Les Gets and Le Manior in Morzine. Kate and Stephen were the perfect hosts and made us feel at home. When we moved to Le Manior it was the icing on the cake. The whole place to ourselves, we felt very special. The chef Tim Weeks, cooked the most amazing food which we enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the beautiful views of Morzine. The best setting ever. Thanks to all the team who looked after us. Quite possibly the best ski accommodation we have ever stayed in! Great location, right in the centre of Morzine with beautifully decorated rooms. Delicious food and excellent wine too. Jordan, Ed and Ollie, the VIP staff were amazing. Can't wait to come back!!!

The Manoir is a fantastic building for large groups who don’t want to be on top of each other. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with plenty of rooms to chill out or socialise after a day on the slopes. WiFi is consistent and strong throughout the building and you can access and stream content to the TVs too. We enjoyed hanging around in the Manoir so much that we didn’t even go to the town much at all. There’s only a couple of negatives. The walk to the lifts is a bit long so if you can store your stuff in town or take light walking shoes to put in your bag. Lastly the food was excellently cooked but the portion sizes for large groups simply were too small. The dessert choices were not great either and often tiny. The staff went above and beyond and were very friendly. This place is highly recommended and I would go with this company again due to high levels of customer service.

Wow! Le Manoir truly lived up to its expectation. From the minute our group of 15 arrived we were welcomed by the Manior team. An absolutely beautiful spacious building with a living area for everyone and a second to hide away in. The bedrooms were so comfortable, even for our 25 year old children sleeping in the bunk beds. The food was lovely with a varied menu each night. The lift was a walk away which felt like nothing after our perfectly boiled eggs and warm chocolate crassoins. As you can tell, we couldn't fault our week, mostly due to our amazingly fun and attentive team of Ollie, Ed, Kate and Jordon. Thanks for a memorable fab week. They joined in with our mad antics and were phenominal, another wonderful VIP holiday from both ski and non skier group.

The Manor is a fabulous chalet, we were 3 families and loads of space. It's luxurious and homely. Location is perfect! Everything to make everyone's life easy and no hassle. Aromatherapy associates toiletries are just one of the little extra touches that make the holiday wonderful. The snow was perfect and we all had some amazing skiing. Good snowball fight in the lovely garden. The staff are all lovely. Nothing is too much trouble. We had the added bonus of Stu as our chef for the week and the food was simply outstanding! Supper every evening was absolutely delicious. Stu is an asset to VIP he is incredibly talented and a wonderful host. The food was a real highlight to the week. Ed, Charlie and Claudia were all on hand to help out. Wonderful with the little people and Ed's backflip a highlight for the children!! A memory that will stay with them!! We utilised all the facilities - the fantastic array of movies and channels on the several TVs, the hot tub, the chill out areas and the cinema room. The mountain rehab centre recommended by VIP was fantastic! Ideal after a hard day on the slopes. Faye the nanny was superb and a real delight with the youngest member of our group. We all had a superb holiday, the chalet and the staff made it very special. A big thank you to you all.

The Manoir is a true 5 star chalet with 5 star service through VIP. We had such a lovely time and had everything we needed throughout the holiday - from easy transfer to ski lifts to champagne and canapés. The food was amazing - thank you Lee! Our chalet hosts Dan and Katie were super friendly and made the whole trip even better. Thanks!

Whole holiday was absolutely excellent. Particularly appreciate the efforts from all the team (Dan, Katie, Lee, Will and Ben) with what (I imagine) at times, could be an irritating group. Food incredible and no help spared at all. Chalet obviously fantastic. Whole thing highly recommended to friends. Ps Charlotte super helpful on speed flying request, but unfortunately stars didn't align this time - much appreciated anyway!

We booked our holiday fairly late due to work commitments and we're so pleased that we chose VIP and The Manoir. From start to finish, VIP staff were incredibly helpful. I spoke online a number of times and they did all they could do help. At the airport there were people to meet us and carry bags. And the in resort the same, our bags were whisked away and we enjoyed a beautiful stroll through the village to The Manoir. The property itself is just amazing, having been recently renovated, the interior is spectacular. There's very little that hasn't been thought of and we were constantly pleasantly surprised. The food was great with some excellent menu choices, rather than the same standard boring stuff. The food was cooked very well and we enjoyed every meal there. The hot tub outside was brilliant, the views along the valley are breathtaking an it was always a joy to come back to in the evenings to relax tired legs. The garden landscape could have been nicer but as this is the first season, I assume it's on the to do list of jobs over the summer. All in all as a holiday experience I'd happily go back again. We were a little unfortunate with the weather, having a few days of heavy snow and high winds, but we still had a fantastic time. The location is great too, a short walk into town and to the bus stop or pistes.
