No. 1 Bellevarde

We had never done a chalet holiday before and loved it. Our hosts Kane and Vanessa took care of everything and the vegetarian food was delicious. We felt at home throughout and everything was relaxing and easy.

We originally booked Chalet Muscat on the basis of Abi's rave reviews online, and having been on many a chalet holiday we are accutely aware how important the quality of the chalet host is - it really can make or break a holiday. We were therefore disappointed to learn on arrival that we'd been allocated a different host. Despite Izzy's fantastic food, the rest of her service has left a lot to be desired throughout the week including fishing an empty jar of Nutella from the bin and putting it on the breakfast table, failing to make a cake for Wednesday (and later blaming it on a VIP member of staff that was too hungover to make it), and failing to turn up for work one morning (which thankfully Abi was able to cover excellently). Overall it was not the VIP experience we expected, especially since one of our party has worked as a VIP Ski chalet host for a ski season in the past. We raised our concerns with Hannah, and her response has been outstanding- from providing a delicious cake from the bakery and bottle of bubbles to make up for the lack of cake on Wednesday, to arranging for our lunch at Chalet Edelweiss to be covered by VIP - she really has gone above and beyond to make up for Izzy's failings. Abi has also been absolutely fantastic and has worked alongside Izzy for the last few meals - the difference in service has been marked. Abi really is a credit to VIP and her attention to detail and attentiveness is exactly what we would expect for this type of holiday. It's such a shame we couldn't have had her for the entire week!

Abi, Will A and Will D have looked after us so wonderfully. The whole VIP Team including concierge, drivers and chalet hosts are top notch - so professional, friendly and go the extra mile. Food was wonderful, great hot tub, great location - what a week! Thanks VIP!

The chalet staff were wonderful, friendly, accommodating. Big shout out for Abi, Will 1 and Will 2. Food excellent, well designed menu, perfectly prepared.

We were welcomed warmly and our hosts were upbeat and sunny every day, we love VIP but I think this is the best host experience we have had with them, nothing was ever too much trouble, great stay, great food and adorable hosts,made our time v special.

Our chalet was very warm and comfortable. The rooms were cosy and clean. The team of Will and Abi were lovely and very focussed on their guests. The food was excellent.

Thank you Abbie and Will for making the holiday great. Weather and conditions were perfect for the first week of the season, and chalet was amazing. Wonderful food and company. Very impressed with VIP overall, as everyone went out of their way to help and assist. We will be back!

I've not stayed with a chalet company for years but everything about this visit was exceptional. The location was old with easy ski out access, the rooms were pleasant and the food was top quality. However, what really lifted it was the staff. Abby and Will could not have been freindlier or more professional. Based on this I would have no hesitation in returning. Finall, what a great time to come - superb conditions and few people. Great.

This was my third VIP experience and it's definitely been the best. Our chalet manager Dan bent over backwards to assist with a few tricky holiday dramas and our chalet staff Abi and Will exceeded expectations at every opportunity. The chalet was spotless and cozy, the meals beautifully presented and delicious, and they were always keen to do everything possible to make our holiday as special as possible. My only request is for management to install a handle on the inside of the boot room. Thank you for a fantastic week!

I have been doing chalet holidays for around 10 years. This is up there with the best of them. Lottie and Millie were fantastic hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them. What a treat that VIP (I guess it's in the name) will pick up or drop off in town between 8am and 8pm...even on the hosts day off!! Makes things so much easier. Well done VIP.

Chalet is great, staff is very nice and helpful. Unbeatable location and great views in the middle of the slopes.

Every detail, convenience and luxury was thought through down to a tee. Lottie and Emily were so thoughtful and made our experience perfect. Very sad to go.

Was a good time skiing and great hosts.

We were part of a shared chalet with a variety of dietary requirements and Emily & Lottie did a good job of making sure that everyone was well catered for, including the children who often ate earlier. Wake up drinks were well received by the group and Emily & Lottie worked hard to make sure everyone had a good time. Will be interesting to see whether the "Cook" meals are still a feature if we come back. As an aside VIP may want to investigate how to recycle the plastic packaging from Cook as there seems to be quite a lot of it.

Brilliant conditions for mid December. Powder most of the week. Chalet lovely, ski in and ski out but plan your return ski. Emily and Lottie could not have done more for us - thanks. A plea though - more light in the rooms, a bit like being in the dark ages. More hooks in the rooms as well- very few places to hang up wet skiing kit.

This is our second holiday with VIP Ski and we were just as impressed as the first time. From the personal touch during the booking process to the assistance at our departure airport, VIP are on the ball. Their staff are young,dedicated and professional throughout. Our chalet hosts, Libby and Emily were new to the roll yet performed as seasoned professionals. This may be testament to VIPs selection and training but Libby and Emily excelled. The food they prepared was to a very high standard and chalet was always immaculate. The most important aspect of chalet ski holidays however is simply this, The chalet staff need to make that chalet feel like your home for the duration of you stay. You need to feel totally relaxed in a friendly atmosphere. You should feel that you can approach the staff at any time and with any reasonable request or question. When you return from a days skiing, it should really feel like you are home. Hats off to Emily and Libby for all this and more. I must also mention VIPs team of resort drivers. The most helpful, polite and professional drivers that you could wish for. We always felt totally safe in their hands and nothing was to much trouble. I would highly recommend using VIP Ski if you are looking for that special memory.

This is my first experience travelling with VIP and have been very impressed with the friendliness and level of service from all of the staff. Our chalet hosts were excellent. The quality of catering and cleanliness of the chalet could not  be faulted. We were made to feel that nothing was too much trouble. The whole experience means I would be very happy to travel with VIP again and to recommend you to others considering a skiing holiday.

Overall we had a good trip. The chalet is very conveniently located and well furnished. The hot tub was an excellent addition. The service was warm and friendly, although some signs of inexperience. For example, the table laid with side plates on the right. The food was ‘fine’ but not as high standard as we might have expected. I suspect fresh cooking would be preferable.

Great week, chalet hosts were incredible. Verity and Callum were amazing, nothing was too much effort and they made the week seamless. Incredible food, clean chalet, topped off with great banter and humour. 

Firstly we must thank Joe and Rose for being the most wonderful chalet hosts, they have made our holiday. Throughout the week their professionalism and care for us has shone through and they have gone above and beyond to ensure our holiday has been the best possible. The food has been amazing, each course cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. I can honestly say that nothing has been too much trouble whether it is assisting with dietary requirements, choosing accompanying wines with dinner and laying out fresh cakes/breads and fruit with refreshments every day after a great day on the slopes. I cannot recommend VIP chalets enough and if you are fortunate to have Joe and Rose as your hosts you are in for a fantastic holiday. BTW Val is a wonderful resort and the skiing has been the best we have experienced.

When we arrived at the chalet there was no one there to great us and we spent about 20 minutes struggling to get into the chalet. The rooms were very small and I was disappointed that when the busses shut down due to too much snow that the concierge did not amend their hours to work later as this happened on a Wednesday where the entire chalet was told they had to eat out (as the staff were off) and therefore everyone had to pay for a taxi back to the chalet which were expensive. Also our rooms were not made up for the majority of our stay ( they were made up on one day ) which is why there would never be a 5 star rating and even reluctant on the 4 star as food was pretty basic (not big breakfasts, ran out of mushrooms on the one day) does not serve lunch and then dinner was nice. Due to the snow it was also very difficult to get in and out of the chalet with a couple of people falling into deep snow in the process. the jacuzzi was also not working on the first day and didn't work on another day while we were there. Overall I had expected a lot more the website made the chalet look a lot better than what it was.

During a week when Val weather closed all the lifts on one day and made most of the other days tough, hard skiing, being able to come back to the welcome, warmth, great food and company provided at Muscat made up for the hardship. The staff were absolutely wonderful; friendly, knowledgeable and ever helpful. But please VIP, provide better wines; given the kind of people who come to you, I think you're making a false economy. The chalet has a separate ski locker and covered, but open air, place to get rigged up; no daily sauna as one puts on one's boots! Our room was cosy (others might call it small) but with ample storage for all but a diva, and the en suite was great. Both could be heated and ventilated independently. There are wonderful views from the massive windows in the main open plan area. The chalet is a short walk uphill from the main Navette stop, but only required if you don't time it right to get VIP's own shuttle service in the afternoon. If you want to ski back to the chalet, counter-intuitively, you need to do so from the Bellevarde side. Thank you Ella, Nicola and Rhys for making our stay so enjoyable.

Chalet was lovely, extremely hospitable. Food and wine were delicious! Unfortunately, we chose the week with the most snow in 30 years, so didn't get much skiing in.

Host was lovely girls, food was good, challet was nice but did think the head boards in our bedroom looked a bit grubby and Shabbie.

Just returned from an exhausting but extremely enjoyable week in Val, our first with VIP, and I can confirm the previous high praise for the service to be expected is thoroughly justified. Katie and Scot did a remarkable job in keeping us fed, watered and pampered, with heavenly afternoon tea and sumptuous dinners throughout the week. The standard of the accommodation was high, and their professionalism and friendly helpfulness is a credit to the organisation. Furthermore the care and consideration shown by them, and the help and assistance provided by chalet manager Will, when my partner injured herself went way beyond the norm, and will be long remembered. Overall a wonderful holiday - despite the injury - in a superb accommodation run by excellent staff. You could not ask for more!

We have been skiing for many years and without a doubt this is the best chalet experience we have had. The chalet hosts Katie and Scott were superb, nothing was too much trouble and the food was fantastic. The chalet itself was clean, well equipped and spacious, and we very much valued the ski in/out position. What we really enjoyed were the VIP Ski extra touches that you don't get with many other companies - champagne and canapés, morning and afternoon shuttle service to the chalet if required, concierge who were happy to help with all queries/book restaurants/advise on activities etc, and the constant checking that we had everything we needed (thanks Will!). A lot of the guests we met were returners, a great advert for VIP Ski. Added to this was 50cm of new snow and a huge ski area, what more could you want!

Just returned from another fabulous VIP holiday. Great skiing for all with our children (2 and 4) adoring their Oxygen instructors, Barbara and Thomas, resulting in a love for skiing and excitement for next time. I cannot recommend our hosts, Will and Athene, strongly enough. They were professional, friendly and fun. Nothing was too much trouble and they were immeasurably patient with both grown ups and children. They chalet was immaculate. Most importantly their cooking was utterly superb. Every meal was delicious and beautifully presented, with beautiful cakes to greet us on our return in the afternoon. Last but not least, our nanny Robyn was fabulous. The children loved her and she had hundreds of fun activities lined up for them. Always very organised and calm, she was always completely flexible which meant my husband and I could make the most of our time there. All in all, a lovely holiday and I can't wait to return!

We spent Easter break at Chalet Muscat making it our second stay at the chalet this year. I think VIP SKI are addressing the issues of the chalet being in need of an update this summer. The Oxygène Ski Hire place is great and they even went out of their way to give me and my son a lift back from the shop after changing his boots Midday when VIP refused to come out (and no, they weren't busy). I already gave a glowing review back in February but I'm pleased to say our stay was all the more enjoyable this time by the extra special effort put in by Mo & Hugo - making it an end of season ski trip to remember. They are great boys and whatever they decide to do after this season I'm sure they'll go far. Looking at the other chalets' reviews it appears all the hosts are lovely but I reckon VIP lucked out big time with these two. Dani Carter

Mo and Hugo were excellent, catering for our varied dietary requirements with great cooking and service and making for a great ambience and a most enjoyable holiday.

This was the second trip this year with VIP and it was a tough act to follow, but Mo and Hugo did not disappoint. They were both exceptional and just couldn't do enough for us all. Very hard working and lots of fun, they really helped make our week very special. The food, cakes and service were all fabulous, VIP certainly made a great choic in recruitment this year, incredibly high standards indeed. thank you Hugo and Mo for a fab time.

We had a terrific week. Yes the weather could have been better, but it didn't dampen the experience one bit. Location was 10 minutes from town but busses helped coming back up the hill. With 2 boys we also used Tash as a VIP nanny. She was great with the kids and took the pressure off our Apres Ski so we could enjoy ourselves as grown ups. Then there was Mo and Hugo. Brilliant hosts, chefs, waiters, wine pourers, door fixers, tables dancers, childrens entertainers, chalet buddies and story tellers. Next years hosts will have a lot to live up to! Thank you all, (and Paul and Kate for putting up with us all - hope the ribs recover!).

We came to the chalet as a family of 7 and shared with another 2 families. The chalet was very comfortable for a family holiday albeit some of the furnishings were tired. That said, Hugo and Mo provided a fantastic relaxed and very professional service in hosting our stay. Their cooking skills were A1 whilst proactively responding to any requests - nothing was ever any trouble or a problem. They were great guys and a true asset to VIP - look after them - they will keep you guests coming back. Regards Paul Jagla

Awesome That's all I can really say..... Our 2 chalet hosts were friendly and attentative.. Hugo and mo couldn't have been any better hosts ...

Over 20 years this was the without doubt the best chalet holiday we've experienced. The VIP team in London handled our booking with knowledge and efficiency. Transfers smooth. However what really made this holiday special were our hosts, Mo and Hugo and our nanny, Tasha. Nothing was too much trouble, the food was excellent with great choice at breakfast (Hugo's scrambled eggs/Mo's perfect nutella loaded pancakes). Hugo and Mo were always smiling, laughing and keeping us (and our children) entertained. They would leap out to welcome us when we returned from skiing to help with skis/boots and hand us a drink. Our kids adored them.They went out of their way to ensure we had a good time and catered for our every whim. Tasha looked after our children beautifully, always calm and organised and super fun to be with. My youngest son cried on his first morning back in England because he wanted to be back in Chalet Muscat. So did I. We miss you Hugo and Mo! A credit to VIP Ski.

A good fun week hosted by Mo and Hugo with awesome snow only spoilt by very high winds. The chalet is in a great position with decent ski in and out and close enough to the centre of town for ease of access but far enough away for it to be nice and quiet. Our hosts were fantastic and looked after all our needs, decent tucker and flowing wine helps but at the core is Mo and Hugo watching out for us and weighting on us hand and foot.....literally ....Mo once took my wife's shoes off. I have been on many a chalet holiday and this team were the best. Cannot praise them enough. Great news for anyone else staying with them this season. Thanks gents.

Having stayed with Ski Cuisine, Chalet D'or, self catered & catered in Morzine Avoriaz my expectations were high considering the promised "VIP" standard and price tag. I have to say that my expectations were more than exceeded...but not because of the chalet, location, or cleanliness I think you come to expect these things when you pay for it. The true reason is because of the exceptionally high standard of service provided by Hugo and Mo. I run a business myself and I know how hard it is to deliver a service that goes beyond. The hosts he are truly remarkable and you are extremely fortunate to have such relentlessly happy, polite, and friendly hosts.

Hugo and Mo were excellent hosts throughout the week, looking after our every need. So thoughtful and natural in delivering a top class service, second to none. We ate at the club lodge and couldn't say a single bad word about the food and service. Each night we were given beyond restaurant standard food they couldn't do enough to please us. I even asked if they had an extra steak on the last night, as I ordered fish but loved the look of the steak and I was given a portion - absolutely amazing. We would return to ski vip in a flash. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable holiday.

We had an excellent stay at Muskat chalet. The food was delicious and of fantastic quality. Hugo and Moe were wonderful and really looked after everyone. Wonderful experience and would highly recommend vip ski.

Humo were great hosts. Food was delicious. Chalet was nice. Most of all, the staff were lovely and we were very well looked after.

Having read through the feedback I have to agree about everything said about Mo and Hugo. I have given the review 5 Stars purely for them. They were fantastic chalet hosts who couldn't do enough for our group. ALWAYS attentive and looking for ways to help/look after us. One observation I have is that VIP seem to be relying on their fantastic hosts to make up for the state of their chalets. Sofas are worn and dirty, carpets stained, and the place needs a deep clean. This is nothing to do with HuMo. VIP need to get their wallets out and spend some money on the tired looking chalet. Improve the WIFI, add some seating (12 guests, not enough sofas), clean the sofas and carpets. And clone Hugo and Mo. They are your best asset.

Thank you for your honesty, we do agree that the Bellevarde lounge areas are beginning to look a little tired and so we are planning a refurbishment this summer. We can assure you that the property will once again be worthy of our brand and service in time for the 15/16 winter season

We were 3 very mixed and diverse groups. Everyone got on well and we were extremely well looked after by Mo and Hugo - nothing was too much trouble..... Always helpful with advice on the resort or skiing and presenting meals of the highest quality. The hilarity at mealtimes will long be remembered. Well done Team MOGO.

A truly amazing VIP experience, made entirely by a truly amazing chalet team. Hugo and Mo went the extra mile and more to make a truly memorable trip. Great hosts, great chalet, great holiday.

A quick and easy transfer from the airport. We were then welcomed by our chalet hosts Morris and Hugo with champagne and canapés after our long journey. They were both incredibly acomadating and went above and beyond, ensuring we had a wonderful holiday. They are both fantastic chefs, and cooked up 3 delicious courses every evening, (and Morris makes some wonderful cakes.)

Just got back from Chalet Muscat where I spent half term with my 8 year old son. Two other amazing families shared the chalet with us and the break ended up being so much more than expected mainly due to the two chalet hosts Mo & Hugo. I do agree with another reviewer – the chalet needs updating but I’m still going to rate it with 5 stars because the hosts made up for it in spades. Don’t think I’ve ever experienced two lads with as much patience, amiability, professionalism, intelligence and articulation. They handled the demands of 5 young boys under the age of 8 with complete ease. My son got upset when we had to leave them! Nothing was ever too much trouble and most importantly they were magnificent fun. Haven’t laughed like that in quite a while so it’s a great big “thanks” from us. VIP SKI are very lucky to have them. xx

Our holiday was great. The weather was kind, the resort was fun and we enjoyed meeting and spending time with other guests and friends we knew in the village. However, what elevated the holiday from "good" to "excellent" was the outstanding hosts of Mo and Hugo who made our stay feel like we were with friends in a lovely house, rather than simply a rented chalet. Everyone we met at VIPSKI were excellent ambassadors for the company and made us all feel like valued guests. Constructive criticism would be that the Chalet Muscat is feeling a little tired at the edges. The location is great but the interior needs some TLC. The furniture is generally out of date and out of style. Given the choices in Val this needs improvement.

Coming to the end of a week hosted by Hugo & Mo at Chalet Muscat, we are so happy with the VIP ski holiday at half term. We've enjoyed every meal, relaxed and greatly appreciated being guests of these two brilliant hosts! We have two young boys and this trip has been their introduction to skiing; logistics, loads of gear and learning where to go could have been tricky but Hugo & Mo ensured we felt welcomed and guided us. Young children can be demanding and yet our hosts met every question with enthusiasm and came to our rescue several times when we were juggling. Our Chalet felt like a home within a day and we'd strongly recommend it! Our eldest said, "had so much fun hanging out and the food is yummy... I want to live in France with Hugo & Mo as they are family" The slopes a short walk away and Oxygene's ski classes very helpful.

Great weather, great location, great skiing, and a fantastic chalet. What more could you want? Mo and Hugo were fabulous as chalet hosts and the holiday was everything we hoped for. Thanks VIP for once again coming up trumps on a great skiing holiday.

Lovely chalet made even better by the chalet hosts Mo & Hugo. Wasn't sure what to expect as we have never stayed with VIP Ski before but it has been such a great week filled with delicious food. A fantastic week which could not be faulted. Great company and exceptional hosting - c'est super!

Mo and Hugo welcomed us on arrival and we immediately felt at home. Their relative youth was not reflected in the maturity and chilled approach to caring for us in every aspect of our amazing holiday. No request was too much for them and they made for an incredibly memorable, personalised and enjoyable experience. Food was superbly presented and the limitless wine, hot tub and wake up drinks were particular highlights! I will definitely be coming back.

A simply excellent week of service and interaction with,after over 24 chalet holidays - simply the best chalet hosts I have ever encountered - Hugo and Mo They made my week simply fantastic with an amazing demonstration of extremely hard work presented with effortless professionalism, skill and humour. My only recommendation is perhaps more drivers for shuttle services but globally a fantastic week.

We expected a quality chalet and service from the VIP promotional material. We were not disappointed. The chalet is as good as I have experienced in many years of staying in chalets. The ski in ski out facility was ideal. The rooms had all we needed with plenty of storage space. The hot tub was a great facilty and saw some action! The hosts (Mo and Hugo) were without doubt the most attentive and charming hosts I have ever had on a ski chalet holiday. Don't tell them or they may get big heads - they probably won't, they are too down to earth!

We've just had the most brilliant stay in the Muscat, Belevarde Lodge! Team Mo and Hugo made the stay for us- food was fantastic and they were always on hand to help out! Mo'so wine pouring teqnique is inspired! Fab holiday!

Fabulous week. We've done quite a few VIP ski holidays so knew the format but Mo & Hugo our chalet hosts surpassed all expectations. They delivered all the things we'd paid for - food, drinks etc; but they did it with such flair, excitement and humour, they made the holiday. Chalet was lovely; great location with some great off piste end of day giggle opportunities.

A fantastic holiday was had! The lodge is lovely, the hot tub great the chalet hosts were fabulous. A special mention to Mo and Hugo who were so fantatsic and nothing too much trouble. They completely go out of the way to ensure a wonderful holiday is had. Great lads who made our holiday

Mo and Hugo are superb chalet hosts, couldn't do enough for us. Really made the difference. Chalet is well located (although worth noting only ski in ski out for good skiers) and the hot tub is a welcome addition for aching legs after a day on the piste. Have been on many trips with VIP and would definitely recommend them.

Overall, our week was really enjoyable - why? The hosts were polite, professional and attentive, the group of 10/12 got on very well indeed, the food was, in the main a good standard, and the snow conditions were near perfect. So, what gave rise to me scoring a 3? I stayed here 3 years ago,and since that time the furnishings in the lounge have become very worn and grubby. In addition, the rugs are stained. This does not 'speak well' of a VIPS standard of accommodation. As first impressions or in my case, 2nd impressions are vital, I feel that this really let down the chalet. Was also disappointing that on several occasions there was loud music playing from another chalet, probably club med. Inrealise this is out of VIP's control, but cannot remember this happening last time. Below, you ask the question, did we deliver what we promised - had to tick one so ticked yes mainly because of the hosts but the chalet fundamental standards. NO.

Thank you for your honesty and we apologise for letting you down a little. We agree that the Bellevarde lounge areas are beginning to look a little tired and so we are planning a full refurbishment during the Summer. Thank you also for the positive comments with regard to our staff. We can assure you that the property will once again be restored to its former glory and worthy of our brand and service in time for the 15/16 winter season.

The cracks were definitely in evidence in our trip this year. Our chalet hosts were lovely people, but not up to scratch standards-wise considering the cost of the holiday and what is promised. Examples include: The bath was not spotless on arrival and cleaning during the week was perfunctory. Both rooms had objects left over by previous guests that had not been cleaned away (body lotion and empty contact lens packet). The kitchen was not kept as clean as I would expect. One of the chalet hosts was sitting watching the TV on Boxing Day when we got back from skiing. I know there were issues with one host leaving and the other injured, but this is not the guests' problem. The whole departure experience and getting stuck in Geneva was very badly handled. The road down the valley was clear and empty but we had to wait 3 hours for out coach to come up and pick us up. Hence we missed the plane. There was no attempt to get taxis to get us down to where the coach had got to and thus on our way more quickly. Once at Geneva airport we were left for Starbucks for 3.5 hours before being sent to a local 3 star hotel (poorer quality by far than the holiday). One member of staff was helpful but the other was brusque and un-caring in attitude. I realise that the staff were under great pressure but that is not the fault of the guests. We were told the only flight back was at 11 ish on Monday, when in fact, when pointed out by a guest, spaces were found on a 09.55 flight from Geneva to Gatwick. We had to argue to get 50 CHF per head for an evening meal. The 30 CHF offered does not go far when the only eating place local to the hotel we were put in was a 5 star hotel. The offer of "eating in the airport" was insulting when we had already been waiting there for 3.5 hours on hard chairs. This review is without prejudice to any claim for compensation as a result of the delay. I reiterate that the road was clear at our scheduled departure time and road conditions on our departure day cannot be blamed for the delay. On a positive note, most of the VIP touches such as moving our bags for us, lift to ski hire and not having to take the skis back at the end of the holiday are still much appreciated. Please keep these as part of your service.

We apologise that elements of our service were certainly not how they should have been and we have spoken to those concerned to ensure that this cannot happen again. We are sorry that your return transfer to the airport appeared chaotic. Regrettably, because of the snowfall and airport and road closures of the day before, aircraft, coaches and drivers were out of position and so whilst the traffic was flowing freely by the time we left, the chaos related to events of the night before. Thousands of stranded passengers unable to fly home the day before also crowded the airports and made travel a thoroughly unpleasant experience for everyone. All the food was delicious. Anna and Hugo were very friendly and helpful, we came back to a lovely clean chalet everyday. They were great at changing rooms to suit us and changing meals to adapt to tastes. Overall we had a great week skiing. The vip cars weren't avavlibe when we needed them

We had a great time, our hosts Anna and Hugo looked after us really well......doing a great job for their first week providing fantastic food and brilliant service. Even the lack of snow was addressed with transfers to Tigne offered twice.

Lovely chalet and hosts, although we were the first to grace Anna and Hugos hosting they made us feel welcome and we were aware of their keeness to please. Our second visit to Belvarde with VIP ski. Tighten up on the small stuff, no towel in downstairs bathroom, a little local knowledge would help , which lifts open, what the bus situation is as lack of snow hindered ski in ski out.

If you want a holiday to open your eyes to chalet style accommodation the VIP ski offer that experience from the courtesy call before we left the UK, to the arrival at Gatwick airport and at the chalet was all fantastic. What really made our experience were the chalet hosts Chris and Kat. If I had the money I would follow them from ski season to ski season. The amazing skills of chef Chris put other chalets to the test, his food was amazing, as good as many professional chefs. His partner Kat makes you feel so welcome to be part of their season. Our 2 and half year old son was well looked after and enjoyed all the yummy food, toys and TV. If you have the option to choose your chalet hosts then pick Chris and Kat. The only side is the rooms are small with a cot but we were well informed of this, the hot tub made up for it. Our sincere thanks to Chris and Kat for a wonderful holiday to remember. Not only was the snow, accommodation and location fantastic, but Kat & Chris made the Holliday with fantastic food, and a personal touch that created a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere for both the adults & children alike. Thanks very much Kat & Chris.

Excellent food and choice. Chris and Kat are very professional and created a great ambiance. Only real quibble is the minibus service hours. My only requirement is for a lift back from après to be back for dinner.

Excellent holiday. Made even better by our hosts Chris and Kat. Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely book with VIP again. The only thing I would like is a later shuttle bus from the village after the apre ski.

This is quite note of feedback for our fantastic Chalet Hosts and Chalet and provider. We had a great week and everything was taken care of graciously and professionally. I have a special word of complement for Barry, Chris and Cat - our Chalet Hosts in Muscat Chalet. The service was brilliant and the food was exceptional all week. Our chalet was absolutely beautiful and our hosts Jonny and Clare were amazing- nothing was too much trouble and the cooking was impeccable. As well as the chalet being fantastic (beautiful building, hot tub on the balcony, ski-in, ski-out, heated ski locker- basically everything you could ask for) the VIP service was second to none as well- delivering suitcases from the airport to your room, champagne and canapés, use of the shuttle bus- all this made this holiday a cut above any previous ski holiday we have been on. Only one suggestion/request- more complimentary bottled water in the chalet as not everyone wants to drink tap water abroad and the supplies in the honesty bar were not enough for everyone. But other than that, faultless- we will be back!

The staff from VIP SKI were amazing. The chalet itself was great with an excellent ski-in ski-out location. The meals were always of high quality. We couldn't have asked for more really. I will definitely use VIP SKI again, both at Val d'Isere and at other resorts.

Had a wonderful time in Muscat with the super care of Barry, Chris and Kat. The food was delicious and the guys created a really relaxed atmosphere. I had some dietary requirements and the guys were really attentive. I would really recommend muscat and VIP ski as comfy, relaxed and full of treats! We have just finished our second two week stay at Chalet Muscat and due in no small part to our wonderful chalet hosts Jonny and Clare had a perfect ,pleasant and easy stay..The chalet we knew from before works fantastically for families,with ski in and out ,hot tub at the end of day and great layout of bedrooms and living.Jonny and Clare with their always happy demeanour,easy conversation,never too hard attitude to requests and full embrace of our families (not too mention tolerant adjustment to our regular impromptu apre ski drinks with additional friends) made this trip so much better than our previous trip.
